      i usually dont recomment shampoo for hair. kunkudi kaya organic mild shampoo try cheyyandi. try appluing onion juice or methi+curd pack to stop hair fall. diet lo proteins, nut & seeds ekkuva thisukondi

      I know mam how difficult it is to quit tea addition. first thing tea powder intlo thiseyandi, so u don't have access to make. switch to herbal teas like ginger tea, mint tea, green tea, cinnamon tea , they have good antioxidants. regular tea early morning miku acidity isthundi, its stimulates or triggers ur brain when it is supposed to be calm. it slowly damages the stomach lining,mam inni disadvantanges unnatharavatha kuda next time think before u opt for tea.
