I'm not smart in terms of fitness. But after lifting for years and after 40, kettlebells are super efficient. In 45 minutes, I get a bodybuilders pump, runners high, and mobility. No more gym. It is easy to learn but hard to master. Everything in the video is 100% true.
My humble opinion is that only clubbs, maces and the not so popular bulgarian bags can catch up with the versatility of the kettlebells, sandbags, barbells, dumbells are obviously just a one little step behind but I love to train with all of them anyway and with odd objects stones, kegs, logs, water canisters and fire hydrants(😎) and many other things that they don't seem like they can used for lifting tools!
I subscribed your channel almost a year ago and kettlebell gave me interest to workout again, after i lost interests in GYM's many years ago. Kettlebell gave me the new passion, what i have lost many years ago. I already bought and enjoy 12 kg pro-kettlebell and also improved my English watching your videos :))
I'm traveling and working fulltime in my Camper Van. Kettlebells allow me to remain my training routine and to stay in shape. My GF and I having four KBs in the trunk of our van. We're performing workouts (20 up to 45min) nearly each day. For sure, I was more bulked, when I just lifted weights, but I think my overall fitness increased with the KB routines. KBs are a great tool for hybrid training and before you walk into a gym, you should consider doing KB training instead.
I just finished a 30-day challenge, and I just started a 30-day Total Gym Challenge, BUT the Total Gym was not challenging me like the Kettle Bells. So going back to the Kettle Bells ❤
I have seen people use them for high volume sports lifts like long cycle, I believe it allows a bit of stability and allows and helps a bit of resting in the rack position. I am going off other comments I have heard as I have never used one myself, Being quite tall I find it hard to rest too easy in the rack position on the hips so I can maybe see the use of it.

Sir, when is it necessary to us a weight lifting belt? What are the indicators which tell you like fatigue or just when going heavy?
