@@AirgunChannel I've got an Air Venturi V10 air pistol I'm getting into now and am thinking about getting either the Crosman Challenger Competition or the Daisy 599 somewhere down the road but have my hands full with the Air Venturi right now...always looking at different air pistols and air rifles though...part of the habit I guess. Thanks again for your videos...didn't know the Crosman was that accurate!
outstanding precision shooting by our host everyone. Next time it will be offhand. Nate sweet new style theme for Crosman air rifle. I wish they would do something similar for the Benjamin's in wood stocks. If they did that with more power and at an affordable price, Huge Winner!!
I agree, that gun is a winner! I wanted to do a video trying off hand shooting once a day to see my improvement over 1 week. I was too "weak" to quit coffee and eat right for a whole week...that would have been a great video though. I will be getting into some off hand 10 meter though for sure. Saving for a Walther LG400 now. ...so expect some of hand videos by Christmas! Thanks for watching! -Nate /// LG400 here: www.pyramydair.com/product/walther-lg400-alutec-competition-air-rifle?m=2553
Nice Nate - it would be interesting to see how it shoots at 50 yards but it probably wont be great, twist rate of barrel made for short range and of course power is low so wind would impact even more. Thanks for reviewing this gun, always wondered how good they were!!!
It needed the barrel indexed, so at 10 yards my scope was all the way clicked to one side, at 50 yards I would be a few feet off the paper. ...so it does 10 Meter perfectly out of the box, but I think I needed to twist the barrel for longer range, which I would have no problem doing. Awesome gun in my opinion! Thanks for watching! -Nate
Happy to do it! ...if you click though the link in the video description, I will make 5% on anything you buy. A link to the gun is there. Thanks for watching! -Nate
How goes it Nate! Another enjoyable short film from your collection! So Nate........Dude.....When I watch you perform, Greatness is not an accident or a lucky shot! With that said, I'm not sure if you know, but I'm not a big fan of the smaller chambered ammo. (.177 or.22) However, I am reminded, by this video in particular, of how beautifully accurate, and precise, the lower caliber ammo produces, to me, it's just amazing!. I'm also not a fan of too many Crosman airguns, however this Crosman challenger is very impressive. Its one to be considered taken seriously.
That's a sweet blade you have there bench made one of the best. This looks real similar to the marauder remindes me of a 10/22 the breech will make a nice upgrade side lever to other crossman style rifles. ✌️👌👍💯🥂🎯
Good thinking! I think it one of the coolest guns I've shot for sure. Yeah, you gotta love the Infadel 3300 by Benchmade. Those are clones I sell for $99, but they are just as good as the $500 version. Just email me (link in description) to buy one in 3 colors. Thanks -Nate
I'd love one of these for indoors ... Question on accuracy. You have shot so many rifles by now. If you took an FX, a Niksan, or an AEA in .22 or even .25 how tight are the groups at 10 yard? I have seen people shoot 1 MOA at 100, I wonder how big the 10m accuracy difference is between a match rifle and your regular PCP. Even the relatively affordable Gauntlet is pretty accurate. Thx
Way cool vid as always Nate Great shooting, plus what surprised me is it's 7#. That's 3 # heavier then the AGT vixen. I would have thought this would have been lighter than 7#. I would like to shoot it before I bought one tho. Or I buy it shoot it a bit and donate it like I usually do for FBA LoL keep guns in kids hands. Love it! Thanks again, can't wait for the off hand vid!
Will, I thought it would be ligher too. It could use a barrel indexing. My scope was all the way to one side to hit at 10M. I would buy one though. I had to send it back before I could shoot it free hand. Plus, I can't quit cofee so...Actually, I'll get a $3K 10M gun soon and start practicing. I'm hooked! So 10M freehand videos will be coming in the future. Happy shooting! -Nate
@@AirgunChannel in Germany Challenger 1,100+ something and AR20 are all below 1,000. Not much but from 1,400 starting basic versions of Walther, Anschütz und Feinwerkbau.
Why did you buy the Coldwell Ballistic precision chronograph instead of the competition electronics prochrono ltd chronograph ? Are they both just as good as the other? Thanks Bruce.
I actually got the one with a printer, then I started using the Caldwell because it's more reliable. It was my Dad's (before I took it). I just use what's available. Thanks for watching! -Nate

well... followed your advice, and scoped the challenger, what a trip,,, snipping matches at 20 yards, a truly addicting sport!!! The problem is Nate...., know I want all my rifles to shoot like that!!!😀😀😀Tks a lot for the suggestion!!
Probably a dumb question but couldn't any decent rifle do that well at 30' ? I feel certain that I could with Mt marauder but im aware that I may be wrong.
People need to stop calling dial pressure gauges manometers. If you attached a manometer to an air gun to try to register 3000 psi, it would be several thousand feet tall, depending on the liquid used in it. A manometer is a liquid filled tube used to read low pressures. If filled with water, it would move 27.7 inches for every pound of pressure. 3000 psi would take over 6000 feet. It's become like a pet peeve of this old instrument man.
If it was mine, I would. I had to send it back. I was in love with that gun too! It hurt to return it. I get paid in candy now. For that video I got a bunch of salt water taffy and 10 pounds of Smarties. Thanks for watching! -Nate
Set a whole shrimp in a shallow pan with a bit of water for a couple days and Snipe the flies...there will be more flies than you can handle....most fun you ca have with your clothes on
I'm speechless...that puts a whole new meaning on accuracy....thanks!

I shot this for first time on the demo range at Pyramyd Cup. Man, I fell in love with it. Great video , super accurate.
Nice!
Sweet accurate competition rifle! Those one hole groups are amazing. That's why it's a thousand dollar gun. Thanks for the fine review Nate!
I've never seen anything like this. Big Ups to Crossman for designing this accurate gun.
Yes...it's a Crosman!!! They are over 100 years old now. They are doing great work this year! Thanks for watching! -Nate
Look up the Walther LG400 Monotec, the Feinwerkbau 800X, the Anschutz 9015, or the Pardini GP1. Those are nice 10 meter air rifles.
Those ring diopter sights are amazing. I used a similar setup for the high school rifle team.
Cool. I never knew a site could be that good.

@@AirgunChannel I can definitely see it being a legit price it’s just crazy seeing it on a crosman.
