LOOK on eBay stuff is super cheap brand new always buy from a dealer not an indival. And always make sure they accept returns

I just got this Chinese 110cc atv. previous owner hasn't ran it in two years. With you push button start and your kill switch how did you wire those up. For the push button was it connected directly to the solenoid both wires or was one connected to the positive side and the other to ground. Same for the Kill switch was one side connected to the black/yellow side of the ignition coil and he other side to ground. This will help greatly since the I'm not able to find the correct handle bar assembly that matches up pin for pin on my wiring harness.
Teresa Benesch I ran new wires for the push button start straight to the solenoid. I bought a heavy duty button from oriely auto parts. I also had to remove a black/white wire from my harness that ran to the kill switch. I left that wire hooked up though as it ran from cdi to ignition key

if the solenoid is clicking it's bad and needs replaced you can bypass it by Simply take a screw drive and touch both ends of the solenoid using the screw as a conect point then check spark
I jumped the solenoid and it tried to turn the starter over so it seems fine. I just bought a new stator off ebay and waiting for delivery. I wasn't getting any spark or anything. No readings either from the multimeter either when checking the stator.
Wondering what you would suggest if I did this and still have no spark…new cdi coil stator and solenoid was wondering if maybe the actual magneto could go bad

Good call, I would have done the same. remember though that cdi box is cheap. made cheaper. lol. I think I would get a cdi box also. there 10 bucks online then you will 4 sure fire it up

I wired mines just like yours and put a new carb . It fired up and I road it down to the corner of my block and it died on me. Now I cant get it to start up. just cranks and carb spits after a couple of try's. Any help would be appreciated I don't know much other then what I lean of you tube.
Jarrid Carroll clean the carburator with chem-dip or first try to back out the idle screw on top of the throttle and give the throttle a couple pushes with the choke open. reposition your screw and pump 2 or 3 times more. she should be primed and ready to fire
Literally trying to do this. Not getting anything Blue and white to blue and white Black and yellow to coil. Green off coil grounded Red and black to red and black Black off cdi grounded.
Why not buy the 20$ full wire and electronics kit. Good video to help get ya home but i have to jump my atv off the starter and i can tell you its not worth it if you have the skill and 20$
you need one wire to positive side of solenoid and one wire to the negative side of the solenoid. when button is push you should here the starter trying to turn over.
6 pins are a little diff you should only need the r wires that are in the video take those 2 wires you won't need and extract them out of the 6 pin cdi box make sure you get the metalb clip that clips into the box any part of the metal clip is left in the box. The cdi will read and think it's still in tact and not (trick) it into thinking it's gone

once you follow his directions you can add your (stock)yellow accessory wire.

Did all that still no crank, when hooked to a battery. I can make it crank if i cross the started selonoid with a screwdriver but thats it?
