How to cook Bacon & Eggs on your CROSSRAY BBQ
Step by step process:
Step 1: Preheat the BBQ to 300°C with all burners on High with the lid closed.
Step 2: Place the frying pan on the bottom grill for 2-3 minutes to heat the pan
Step 3: Once the pan is hot, place your eggs directly in the pan.
Step 4: While the eggs are cooking place the bacon, mushrooms, and tomatoes on the bottom grill.
Step 5: Depending on how you want the bacon, mushrooms, and tomatoes, cooking will take around 2-3 minutes on each side.
Step 6: Remove the eggs and plate your meal.
