Celebrity personas are one thing, private personas are another. John spent Sean's early years as a home dad and spent all his time with Sean. Yoko is super creative, intellectual, knows piano, knows music, know many avant-garde techniques, knows poetry, including Japanese poetry styles. She is no slouch to parenting.

In a way, you have to feel sorry for this guy. Having to spend his life defending his mother against true and untrue accusations, then having to defend himself against the way he was treated by his father versus how Julian was treated...yeah, I think it has to be tough for him.

Yes, I too wish he would update his appearance! He’s totally channeling John circa 1968, minus the trademark round Lennon spectacles, but - it’s NOT a good look on him. I wasn’t a big fan of that look on John either! He resembles John very very much. I’ve seen him grow up since childhood into the man he is today. He has so many of his dad’s mannerisms and a wry sense of humor. Yoko herself once described Sean as like “an Oriental (her words, not mine) John Lennon”. I think this is true since he IS half Japanese. He has John’s smile. He needs to find his OWN style instead of always trying to mimic his dad’s various looks. But did he do something to his nose? Looks different somehow. I don’t know.
