Excellent video. I tried using 1 1/4" for the attachments to the sides of the trailer, which was way wider then the side of the trailer, and 3/4" tubing for the cross arches. My 1 1/4" side attachment pieces fit very loose and when you put extreme pressure on them to bend the 3/4" arches they can slip off. Slipping off can be very dangerous. The 3/4"ltubing is much harder to bend and I was not able to get the larger arch that you have. Going to buy enough pieces to make one test arch out of the correct size parts. Depending on how this goes I could just re-do the entire frame and make it right! Great detailed explanation as to the process you used. Where did you find the black straps that you wrapped your cover with? Thanks LM Michigan

I did trial larger piping too and got the same result as you. Good luck! P.S. the straps came with the boat cover.
