- BEST MATCH OF THE TOURNAMENT (Top 10 World Players) | Mechabellum Gameplay Review
Mechabellum high rank game, Mechabellum fromer Rank 1 in the world
#mechabellum #paradox #autobattler Игры
Those here missile interceptors! Not only did they so much work on against the stormcallers, but they also stopped that missile barrage of the melting point, stopping the bubble from popping, stopping the smoke. That would have been game right there.
Red played that so well. Baited blue to buy a ton of storms. Kept eating the damage to get the opponent to continue investing then turned it around at the last minute. Masterful.
Yeah, I love missils interceptor as a "finisher". Too many people are playing them way too early and lose the investment. But I see high MMR player playing them the moment they intend to win every round. Works so well vs stormcallers spam. In this game you can really see Red waited for blue to spend a lot of resources in the past round before investing themselves when they knew they were stronger. What a good game!
been watching all your vids the past couple weeks at the same time as i play mechabellum.
really like your energy and commentary/voice. its got a very mellow and enthusiastic vibe
I look forward to all your future uploads!
I think we all know marksmen are a problem, but this was a hell of a good showing of how busted anti-missile turrets can be atm
@@TheCoolCucumberyour logic is wrong. You can counter every single storm caller, doesn’t matter if the enemy spams them. So yes the anti missile is definitely busted
@@TheCoolCucumber wrong. the MI also counter Overlord Rockets, MP Rockets, Fortress Rockets and Vulcan Rockets. Its way too strong for 100$ not to mention it mostly never dies
Wow, great match. Thanks for sharing.
Keep the variety of videos coming! I like watching your games, but I also like when you spectate high level games.
Would you mind spectating the games manually? I like watching games as if you we're playing where you put the camera at the normal angle. The diagonal view throws me off, and the auto camera has a weird shake that gives me motion sickness...
Hrm. It feels like a good ratio of missle intercepters is 1 intercepter for 2 storm caller. Paying 100 dollars to alleviate 400 dollars of headache + upgrades is a fine deal.
13:40 I feel like blue is very vulnerable to wasps and to distraction flanks.
Edit:
Seems like red agreed on the flanks, though they did slightly less than I expected. No wasps though.
never heard of this game
vut this was cool !
Thanks for showing this. It was good to see.
Whats your opinion on Marksmen being slightly OP ? I feel like they are so cheap, and scale so well into the late game its kinda insane.
I think the elite marksman upgrade is most problematic. The damage and range boosts just become absurd to the point that snipers can easily take out giant units while staying far back in safety, which should not be the case. Stormcallers were able to keep them somewhat in check, but not anymore now with the missile interceptor turrets.
I feel like a further nerf to elite mm tech upgrade (range and damage) is maybe needed.
@@idlecub Imho they nerfed the damage, which wasnt the problem. The range makes it so they can deal with anything but chaff, and you can deal with chaff easily with other things....The combination of both range and damage is brutal.
Althought yesterday i had a game where the extended range vulcan with laser sight absolutely fucking carried my noob ass against stormcallers and arclights and marksmen :D .
@@idlecub I think they should make a different version of Elite Marksman upgrade for each unit, getting less range based on how much the original unit has by default. example.... anything over 100 range get's a 1 reduction (per 10 base range) in the bonus Elite Marksman gives, minimum is 4 bonus per level..... this also will reduce Arclight spam being a bit overkill too, This will mostly if not fully hit Marksman and Arclights. and nothing else.
The above would include the tech upgrades though have zero negative effects from card buffs or augments.... so if you have a Marksman with base stats so 140 range if you got the Elite Marksman tech you would only get +4 per level (vs current 8) though if you were also to get the range tech upgrade the Elite Marksman tech now only will provide +2 per level
Should make sense :D
I find a good way to stop your opponent from countering your stormcrawlers is to go fast unit hopefully pushing through there units not giving them a chance to worry about the stormcrawlers. But I’m not as good as them so it may have not worked. When you go stormcrawlers I don’t play defensively that what I think.
: )
Red had so much luck in this match, especially at the start. Not really fair, but blue did still a very good job.
perfect example of why MIT will be nerfed soon
Excuse my ignorance but i thought this game just got released and is in early access. It's already being played in tournaments?
There are ingame tournaments (built into the game itself) which everyone can easily participate in every week. Wednesdays are the "small" tournaments with groups of 16 and on Saturdays are the big tournaments with groups of 128. Very fun :)
I think they just need to remove storm callers and go from their because this feels way worse
What the hell is the chinese meta for them to even think of half of these responses.
It's nonsensical
The in-game chat has an translate function- you just click it to translate to your chosen language.
@@icon517 Not what I mean.
Meta development is based on who makes the content.
E.g. If someone made a "snipers are auto-win vs phoenix" video, people play that a lot and learn how to play vs phoenix and sniper.
But it's in english, so a chinese player would not have that information in their repitiore.
They would have whatever video some chinese guy made, like "shields are kind of OP" or something.
Meta is language regional.
