- Work can be hectic, long and chaotic. As health care providers, we all need to stop for a moment and think about how small things can make a big difference in other people's lives.
I really enjoyed the video is means that you never no way a person may be going through ,so just an act of kindness means so much.
Great video. Patient care is so important; when people are hurt and in the hospital or clinic, that person is already in a vulnerable state and each small act of kindness really does help.

Ok I get it. All we hear about is empathy and compassion for patients but working as a nurse Where do we come in because we are running all day long. We are sacrificing our mental health to work in chaotic environments and nobody is asking if we are ok. Management doesn't care, all we hear is what we're doing wrong? So how are we supposed to deliver empathy and compassion when nobody is delivering that to us?

@@BassGal92 And what about those who cannot SEE the text or the content of the video?? that's what captions and audio descriptions are for. the video is literally EXCLUDING people who cannot see it, not a good thing for a healthcare video.
