Make the other RG a restander instead. 2. During the end phase, if you have a Negrolazy that's revived with Nightrose's GB2 skill, you can actually Hollow Negrolazy again and use its skill. You can revive a PG, trigger, or OT onto the back RC to have more shield value for Sweet Shop. The Negrolazy will still retire due to Hollow.
Hi there! Welcome! You can play the deckset itself. There's a G1 called Cam the Ghostie that is similar to Philander. Alvina is pretty important for the deck, but if it's out of your budget, then you can try other alternatives. Perhaps revival orders that or others. Sea Strike Enlargulv you can use more Nightstorm copies. Essentially your deck becomes more like what's in the deckset. Hope that helps!

I made a poor build since the alvina is like $20 and the Philanders are $30 each and i think i made a pretty good deck over all
