It was interesting to hear about the techniques that a professional photographer like Brando uses to get those stunning photos. It was also interesting to see his dogs wandering around during the interview along with the dog crate and dog stairs in the background.
Best video ever. (joking, but I can relate with it so it gets me excited) As I said before, I'm also an architecture and airbnb photographer (in Portugal). I have the exact same thinking and process he does. The main goal of airbnb photos are selling an experience whilst in real estate is selling the house. I'm happy you chosed the right eyes for this, he knows what he is doing, has a good approach and good photos! I do feel his pain of editing the pictures, I also prefer natural light (as I said in a video you talked about bringing a photographer and I think you mentioned them using flash *yikes*) and then I need to bracket photos and merge them later in Lr (lot of hours behind the computer). Amazing! Can you or Brando tell me how much it cost a work like this in the US? Again, loved this photography themed videos!
Is it worth dropping this much money on a photographer if my market is really small? My town has 10 real competitors... 32 total. I already paid $200 for a photographer... But there's clearly a difference between $200 photos and $1200 photos
How are your bookings? Would you say you are in the top 5 homes in that market? My gut reaction is if it aint broke don't fix it. If $200 photos are filling your calendar great! But if you're looking for a competitive edge then it could be worth it!
Awesome guy who is amazing at what he does!! ❤
As usual love your artistic sensibilities.🤩
Your video is very nice
