Saw you guys at asbury park, drove 8 hours to get there and 8 hours back home the next day. The dead milkmen AND the vandals playing at the same show?! New jersey is a trash state but it was so so so worth the drive. Middle school me wouldnt believe current me if i told them we got to see two of our absolute favorite bands. Fuck new jersey!!!
It seems to be common for everyone to hate traffic circles when they first encounter them. Then, smart people (Joe, for instance) come to appreciate how they are more efficient - while dumb people continue to rail against them.
If the Loch Ness Monster is real then the Jersey Devil must be real. I can imagine it living in that creepy looking town. Sometimes you don't know whether Joe is being serious or he's just taking the mick.
First TDM show was with JFA and Sun city girls ...then alll those wonderful chestnut cab shows ...lotsa great photos from back in the day ...even was at the EMPIRE ROCK CLUB show ...no dancing was strictly enforced ...so was jumping on the stage
I’m 26 and would easily go to a festival to especially see The Dead Milkmen over any of those other guys listed (Kid Rock, Piano Guys, creed, etc.). Not so interesting in that pretty music…for pretty people.
