You sir are hitting your stride, best video so far, I was smiling the whole time! The beginning drone intro 10/10. "Really Nice Clark" reference 😂, so funny I skipped back to show the wife. Dad's cab wisdom from the combine, family time on the farm 🤟🏼, more awesome drone footage w/ stellar music AND knocked out the wheat; all on one special day. 👏🏼👏🏼 Bravo
It is awesome for the operator as everything is right there when looking to your right. Just gotta make sure to fold when going back to catch combine as the augers will collide! (Found that out last fall…)
I enjoy this video which is very interesting and amazing i like it but i watch late because i strive to watch as you upload but when you upload i got engagement at that day so i watch now i get amazed to watch your son zion which is cute and handsome 😊 you make good video but you have less number of subscribers anyhow i hooe that your channel get fame
We try to minimize what we can. But had some heads hanging lower that we would miss if we raised the head much higher. So had to deal with the extra material to make sure we got everything.
how does the contract work do you have a pre agreed amount prior to harvest that you fulfill etc? Never heard something like that and iam genuinely curious
I'm not a farmer, but I'm just wondering what is the reason why they don't make the harvester tow the grain cart instead of making it rely on another vehicle?
The purpose of the grain cart is to always give the combine a place to dump so that in theory it never has to stop harvesting. The more efficient the combine is the more acres we can cover in a day.
Each fruit tells a story of your hard work and dedication. 🍓

Love ya content got a new subscriber with notifications on bud
We appreciate that! Glad you are enjoying the content!
Pretty good wheat crop. Will you be doing double crop beans ?
Haven’t completely decide yet. Main reason for the wheat was to be able to tile it. So that is being done right now.
How many acres sid you get then at what bushel up here in Middlebury IN we did 800acres 75-80 bushel to the acre
We only had the 1 field of wheat this year and it ended up going right at 100bu/ac.
How do you like your right hand unload grain cart?

Thank you so much! I’m glad you enjoy the videos and that you look forward to watching them.
Why do you run so much material through the combine?
We try to minimize what we can. But had some heads hanging lower that we would miss if we raised the head much higher. So had to deal with the extra material to make sure we got everything.
how does the contract work do you have a pre agreed amount prior to harvest that you fulfill etc? Never heard something like that and iam genuinely curious
Yes, The contract was with an elevator for a specific number of bushels at a certain price/basis. Delivery period was set at harvest.
Made quick work of that!!! What was that row width?
Sure did! It was planted on 15” rows.

is that 15" spacing?
Yes it is. We sold our old drill a few years ago and have had pretty good luck running it through our bean planter.
Thanks. I’d like to try some with my bean planter this fall
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
