Bhai your mobile is not compatible for this headphones . Try Using in different mobile if problems remains the same the headphones wiring will be having some problems
What should I do when there are no breaks in wire or headphone but still there is no sound
Try in diffrent mobile or lapto if issue remains the same thn 3.5 mm pin has dry solderd wires u need to replace new wire set
