Wyatt The goat at pogo sticking I would say keep training frontflip to stomach until you now you have the power to make it over then go for it
My first attempt on doble frontflip i landes on my neck
i have a problem where i put in all my power, jump as high as i can, tuck as fast as i can, and i cant even get close to landing it. what usually happens is i land with feet and elbow to my back

It’s so hard I’ve been doing flips for 6-7 Months and I got my first trampoline 5-6 months ago and I don’t get why is the trampoline bad am I not throwing hard enough like I’m trying with so much might and doing the right stuff but my body is like I’m not going you let you spin fast what is the problem?
Wyatt The goat at pogo sticking Maybe you just haven’t built the muscle to get really fast rotation yet, just keep training m8🙂 If that is the problem then I recommend doing standing front flips to stomach and sit-ups to get some extra speedy rotation👍
Otherwise it helps if you try it on a boucier tramp or get double bounced
If i land on my stomach i will break my back I have so much speed. I can do a high frontflip but when I try to double it feals impossible
Sorry for late answer. You need to learn to open up earlier and control your speed then landing on your stomach will be easy. Just keep training your frontflips and eventually you will have the awareness👍
