Took 2 years to get over the fear of double back, you just have to go for it. BTW, 21 is so young, I'm still doing tramp at 45.

I’ve done one into an airbag at urban air but I’m way too scared! I went to altitude about 2 and a half weeks ago and I was thinking about doing the dub back but i never sent it. I really want to go throw one on my friend ricky’s acon trampoline but I’m way too scared. I understand that you have to full send it but I have a huge mental block

same for me; i can do a double front in the foam pit but too scared to do in on the reg tramp...I will get over my fear because I've watched all the videos one can watch and I got the form just got to commit and send it; we both do; we're not gonna die and not landing on our feet is ok...lets do this so we can go to the next level
@@patrickburns4821 Dub Fronts are really fun to do once you get over the fear. All you have to do is hold your tuck (tuck wide for faster rotation) and it’s yours :) I’ve done them outside too and on a regular g-tramp. I did however, do many dub backs on my friends trampoline and I kind of just threw it. It’s all mental man you got this!

Fake Maker Joey pull your legs out and try to land on your butt first. Then push back from that
I can do it but I overrotate every time and it’s really annoying I land on my back every time
