43041+43124 Weymouth HST! 23.5.09

Now this was a massive suprise!
After a fantastic day in Eastleigh, we awaited a train to take us from Bath Spa to Oldfield Park, the service is a local train which is Weymouth-Bristol Temple Meads, booked as a 2-car 158, and unbelievably a 7-carriage HST came! 43041+43124 were the set doing the honours in the gorgeous evening sunlight!
Just look at all the clag when departing Oldfield Park... Beautiful :)

Well It was a pure 'by chance' working. FGW were short on units, so they salvaged a HST for this train.. Crazy! Indeed Skips are on Weymouth, seen them depart Oldfield Park this evening.

No, but the fact there was a HST that worked a Weymouth-Bristol calling all stations is quite something!
