Leo in the pool is so chill, thanks for sharing. Traveling with a baby can be overwhelming but hang in there. You guys are doing great. Just be patient. Have a wonderful wonderful vacay. I just can’t get over Leo in his shades , fly and chilling.
Traveling with babies is a challenge, but so satisfying, too, cos you have your little one with you. You share the joy of your travels w them. It's the mentality... when you are ready to be a parent, actually that's nothing. I've brought my little ones on all my trips since they are 6 mths old up beyond. No babysitters , no kids' club... just us and our babies enjoying happy times together.
Amazing vlog! It’s lovely to see you going on holiday with baby Leo and not discouraged. When I go on holiday with my baby girl and toddler, I always take with me a mini first aid pouch (carpol, sun lotion, thermometer, nappy rash cream) as it’s unpredictable with young children. Leo did so well for his first holiday 😊
Great vlog Amie! Greece looks so beautiful! The colour of the water is amazing! Leo is just so adorable, he is a perfect mixture of you and Dan! His big eyes are so cute!
What a beautiful family! AND that Leo IS SO precious! My children are grown, my grandchildren are no longer babies...I love babies, and miss mine so much; you and Dan are amazing to take one so young on vacation; I was never that brave! 😊
Loved this video aime was so nice to see so much of Leo. I couldn't get over how relaxed and pampered and just such a cool dude he looked in his floatee with his sunshade and sunglasses on 😅 xx
Poor little Leo. :( I've had ear infections all my life (my ears are messed up and I wear aids) and they are never fun. Here's a tip: Run a cloth under hot water (not too hot, obvy), and then ring it out really well. Hold it against the infected ear -- the warmth provides some relief, albeit temporary.
Have you tried garlic? Until recently, whenever I would get eat troubles I would put a little clove of peeled garlic in my ear (like how you’d place an air pod). Really helps. But recently my ears have become more problematic… I miss my non issue ears!
Very brave taking Leo on vacation. He did very well and so did his parents! Glad you sorted out his ear infection quickly - it’s very hard to figure out what is wrong but you catching him tugging his ear was a good indicator! All in all it seemed like a very good vacation - with great views, food, and activities!
Thank you for sharing your family trip to Greece! It looks so beautiful! It looks like you had a really nice time at the resort and I love when Leo is in the pool chilling with his sunglasses on. Great video!! 😊❤️
Absolutely stunning holiday! We have been wanting to go to Greece for so long and after seeing your beautiful posts on IG we booked a holiday for next year there! Athens, Mykonos and Santorini.
Well done Amie....great to get the first flight over with it. It gets so much easier ..i think i became less stressed about other people ....we were all banies once!
Leo is his pool floatienis absolutely adorable 😍. Also I like “medium leather goods” 😂. I mean the Chanel pouch for instance is not super small hahahaha.
Hi Amie, So pleased that you had a lovely first family holiday and that Leo (what a cutie!) felt better quickly. Thank you for sharing it with us. We have always travelled abroad with our twins, since they turned 1 years old. It was certainly a different type go holiday (our friends had warned us, lol) but we wouldn't have had it any other way. Great memories that we will always treasure. Xx
We're just about to book in a long haul trip for when Leo will be 13 months old... do I need to be scared?! We're taking the grandmas with us this time though haha
@@ChaseAmie we took the boys to Dubai when they were around 18 months and they were absolutely fine. We had no backup, so you guys will be absolutely fine with your lovely mums with you as well. Xx
This is such a lovely video and you have a beautiful family. Leo is so adorable. Traveling with babies can be challenging but y’all did an amazing job 👌🏽. I am off to Greece with my family in a couple of weeks and this video came at a perfect time for me.
Such a wonderful vlog and Greece is very lovely! Never been so these videos make me even happier to catch a glimpse of other beautiful countries. The food made me salivate! 😂 I’m so happy to see so much of adorable Leo and glad he started feeling better. Very brave of you and Dan to travel with such a young baby. It’s nice seeing all the items in your recent videos in good use for your trip. 😃 MLGs reminds me of his hilarious comments about your purse collections. 😂
Amie you look so pretty in your video and Leo so happy you brought him on vacay. Dan is so compatible to Leo. They both such a cutiies ❤ I’m sure you’ll have many more vacations as he gets older.❤
Leo is adorable! Child meds list: calpol, ibuprofen, saline spray, antihistamine, dioralyte, salbutamol + spacer, steroid cream for jellyfish stings, skin glue, to name a few 😬
I'm scared to take my baby on a plane, think we'll do our first "plane"-vacation next summer when she is like 16 months old but your experiences travelling with a baby give me hope
Welcome to my beautiful country!!!! Chalkidiki is a perfect destination for families, you should try visiting again when the weather is warmer like mid June or late August or September... hope you had a great time 🎉
It was definitely a learning curve haha. The first few days were tough but I feel like we got the hang of it in the end and now I'm super excited for the next trip. Hopefully practice makes perfect haha! :)
I’m going to guess the ear infection was remedied before the flight home or it would have been a miserable trip for Leo. 😢. Chilling in the pool was everything! Lol
We didn’t travel via plane until the kids were 7 and 9. Even at those ages my husband and i were popping Tylenol the entire time. It is work not a vacation with kids
No it’s an ear infection usually when they pull on their ear that what they have also if he has fevers that keep coming back he has some kind of infection either ear infection or throat 😊 I name my first born Leo as well great name I love my Leo he is a sweetheart and your Leo is so adorable 🥰
❤❤❤Leo is super adorable! 😁👌🏻It looks like you need another vacation after this one. Vacationing with kids is not the same. Still it’s nice to get away from home and have a change of scenery. Me and my husband never traveled without our 3 kids. We always together everywhere.
Looool Dan was 100% like, I NEED to recover after that trip haha. We have another trip in a few weeks to Italy but we're bringing our mums this time. I sense it's going to be a big difference haha!
We flew British Airways from Gatwick. We actually bought business class tickets since we were nervous about flying with a baby and figured we could use the extra space but the flight was half empty both ways - I think the economy seats had more room than we did haha. There were delays both ends but I think that was more down to the airports than BA. How do you find Sani? To be honest, we didn't love all aspects of Ikos but I've heard really good things about Sani!
I’m surprised the comments don’t say this but I found out babies shouldn’t fly whilst so small amd young they cry on planes because the pressure hurts they’re heads and ears so bad can burst they’re not yet fully developed delicate ear drums and pain lasts 😢a family members child had ongoing ear problems after plane that’s how we found out what caused it. Not to mention other bugs and tummy problems small babies can pick up from abroad whilst trying to build they’re immunity. Parents need to be aware of this risk we never knew until happened
Ohh I realised very early on in the holiday that clutches are a whole lot less useful with a baby haha! Thankfully we used the babysitting service otherwise none of them would have gotten used much!
@@ChaseAmieI was having a panic attack when I saw the jimmy choo itch behind dan at dinner. I would have definitely forgotten it after dinner! I would just get up and leave!

You are really brave to go on vacation abroad with a baby. My boys are 17 and 12 and when they were babies I couldn’t be bothered to travel. I had no vacations for a few years. Too much work! it was safer to be home close to the doctors and usual environment. I guess times are different now and I understand you want to continue to have your life like you had before a baby but I think it is not worth it. Take small weekend trips close to home if you need to get out. you probably will need a good vacation from this vacation, unfortunately as a mothers we don’t get any time off 😄
