It's a meditative art to solo train and get into for sure, if anything we get to swing katanas on our own 🤭

Senpai I was taught another happogiri 2 I heard there is 4 in all.Do you practice these too?. There is no video in Youtubr showing these forms.

My dojo personally didn't do happo giri, if I'm not mistaken, some aikido & bujinkan or other styles that practices sword has happogiri.
