Just one point - he is not the director of this particular movie. Would highly recommend you watch his directorial debut called "Taare Zameen Par" (literally means: Stars on the Earth). The movie is about a kid with dyslexia & Aamir plays an Art teacher that. Go watch it guys!

He is one of the most dedicated actor in bollywood, and he is the guy who finally motivated me to go to gym😛... Btw he did it in such short time because his body type is slim, and he already worked out so much previously that it's really fast to loose fat. Without that kind muscle memory, i don't think anyone would do that in such short period of time.

Aamir Khan is known as the perfectionist... He does only one movie per year as compared to other actors who take up multiple movie projects... and people wait for his movies in anticipation coz they just know that an Aamir Khan movie will always be a hit... Along with being commercially successful he does movies which convey social messages towards the society...

amir khan was very inspiring as a person, as well as the movie that he worked on especially 3 idiots, PK and Taare Zameen Par. Highly recommend both of you to watch it. Cant wait to watch your review on Dangal.
He is actually one my favourite actors for that very reason. He always invests a lot into one film and that why it often takes 2-3 years to make one movie, but they're all worth the effort because each of them have a valuable lesson behind them.

aamir is cray good with his craft tbh. most of his movies (starring and production both) have really good concepts and meaning behind them, dkdk might wanna have a watch. personally i haven't watched dangal, but if it's aamir, then i have no doubt it'll be good (and make me cry buckets). my personal favourite is 3 idiots and taare zameen khan (this one explored dyslexia). he also did a documentary series of sorts that highlighted social plights in india, so if you guys are interested, do check out satyamev jayate, pretty sure it's fully available in youtube with subs :)

I really like you guys. I can see how smart you guys are. You get things when you see them. Many people don't get how movie works. even when watching movies, they don't really get the story of the movie. I'm a movie lover, I can predict movies so much that I don't like watching movies that I can predict. Seeing couples of your Indian movie reaction videos, I love how you get them so correctly (wrong only occasionally). I used to live in India for 5 years and I am very familiar with the culture and love Indian movies.

Corrections:
1) He was not the director for this film.(He has directed taare zameen par in which he was the lead actor).
2) Acting and Body transformation was not done simultaneously. He first finished the part where he was old and fat. He then took 6 months and got ripped and then started shooting for the younger portion. So the movie must have taken 1.5-2 years (They also took wrestling classes for the movie).

i can get that fat in just 4 to 5 days. but this require a great guts, because after getting fat then to get fit one must have to workout so hard, but i admire aamir for his acting and his dedication. i can get fat but not get fit afterwards.
