True. At this point sunscreen is a basic everyday product and should be priced as such. I'm genuinely curious as to why we don't have 1L pump bottles of sunblock in stores like shampoos and lotions

I prefer Thriveco sunscreen gel as being gel based it's non sticky and very hydrating. Best for summers for complete protection.
I have used only Jovees, Joy or Lotus sunscreen for years. Affordable and they last a long time.

I tried many sunscreens but nothing suited my skin like Safescreen Teesta. It's a mineral/physical sunscreen which goes well with my skin type and tone. I bought it from the Chosen Store.
@Haarish Kannan it's the only sunscreen which has suit my skin type for everyday use. I am fine with the price because of it's quality. Honestly, no other sunscreens have suited me so well like Safescreen Teesta. I am very consistent with the application only after using Teesta otherwise I used to hate sunscreens. I apply Teesta only once a day and based on the need twice (rarely). I could see a lot of change in my skin.

@@rashmithakrishnamurthy1686 chemicals like oxygbenzone which are used in majority of the sunscreen makes skin darker due to hormonal imbalance and in aroma magic sunscreen these harsh chemicals are not present then why it will darken the skin?

U can try sunsticks
You can use sunscreens that come in the form of compact powder, spray and stick
If you stay indoors then you don't need to reapply it every 2 hours.
Only if you go out and stay in sun.

Hey shefali,hope you are doing good. First of all I would really like to thank you for this vedio since I am 16 and my skin is very sensitive kinda that only neem probably suits my face. I got to know that sunscreens are important and thus was confused how to know which one to take,bt you helped me a lot in this.

I don’t recommend mama earth and mom co’s sunscreen since it’s sticky and caused acne for me in the Indian humid climate . The formulation is also not that great
I recommend you try derma co, its non sticky and no white caste as im using it from past year .
I use derma co - c cinamide radiance aqua gel … it also improved my skin complexion comapred to last year
Now im trying to use mama earth as i have no acne

For oily skin , I recommend Aroma Magic's aloe sunscreen gel. Another one for all skin types is UV Doux. It's a bit pricey ( and my derm doc recommended it ) but it's nice and light. I switched to Aroma Magic since I wanted a gel type sunscreen.
Edit : OMG y'all please I just said what worked for me everyone is now consulting me like a dermatologist lmao
I'm happy to suggest but ultimately be safe and if you have doubts , consulting an actual dermatologist is a good idea :).

Im an amateur and have never used sunscreens although i apply makeup when i go out and now my skin is very tanned and badly pigmented like my face is a whole different color from the rest of my body im 21F. I wanted to ask when to apply sunscreen like before or after makeup which step is it and can we reapply it on top of makeup???

I was using LOTUS SPF 50 MATTE, which was the absolute worst sunscreen even, now switched to mamaearth.
Why is this worst?
SPF50,Chemical free(no irritation around eyes)and minimal or no white cast indian sunscreen recommendations:
La shield fisico(PA+++)-for dry skin
Z block (PA+++)-for oily skin
Re’equil sheer tinted (PA++++)

I stopped using Aroma magic cucumber ( yes the cucumber one cuz 1 it's for dry skin and 2 it has high spf than the other two ) sunscreen on my face cuz it gets like really oily but I use it on my body cuz it suits my body and the one I use for face is like an expensive Korean sunscreen , so I don't use it on my body ( idk if that makes sense to u , but in short , I'm just stingy 💀 )
