- Nazare - BOMB SWELL - Friday 8th December - Shot 8K Red V Raptor
Sebastian Show.
A lot of hype on this swell so I decided to wack together the better waves from today Friday 8th December. It was not the biggest waves but the 20,000 plus spectators got to see a really good show mostly staring Sebastian Steudtner. Enjoy
PS - Excuse the specs of dust that must have got on my camera censor before shooting..

Thanks you for watching
I wanna move to Nazaré so much. I cannot imagine a greater way to spend the rest of my life than to stare at 80-100 foot waves all the time. THINK OF THE HEALING IONS!!! 🤸🏻♂️🤸🏻♂️🤸🏻♂️
Yeah, Tim. Congrats on hooking up with another memorable swell event. Sebastian ‘s lines that he picks to traverse across lumpy bumpy mountainous waves are inspiring!
Huevos Cahones. Thanks for posting! Great work ur doing bro
The chop along the face of the swell is tough enough to make you wipe out not counting the millions of pounds of water waiting to break you in half if the chop gets you!!! HAHAHAHAAAA!!! AWESOME STUFF!!!
Many great winter waves I wish to the Nazare folks. Greetings from Germany!
Even mid Nazare days are still insane
This filming is Superb because it captures the awe, size, astonishing nature of big-wave surfing.
Well Done. SUBSCRIBED
Mind blowing surfing, mind numbing crowd shots
The wave is so big he’s bottom turning almost on the face. Insane & inspiring
What an amazing excellent job you did ALL ❤❤❤
I was lucky enough to choose ONE MONTH BEFORE the 6 to 10 december to stay in NAZARE and it was really for me the BEST CHRISTMAS GIFT EVER !!!
Thank's a lot for these wunderfull images ❤❤❤
Always love these videos brother. Thank you... such fearlessness in these warriors... it never ceases to amaze me....
Yellow then red just ramp some air on take off. Lol 😅 insane. Pure fire. High end sportsman. Watermen. Great film. Loved the sound track. Just need some wild trax tbh. Add that extra spice..
love the videos.. I live in fabulous Nazare but can't bring myself to watch the surfers until I know they survived, hence videos are much appreciated.. brave bunch
Fab video 👍We were there on the lighthouse on this day, it was amazing, been on my bucket list for a very long time, we were so stoked that Nazarè delivered 🌊😎👍
Sweet video, perfectly framed, nicely interspersed with ambience shots, really captures the wave energy with close out shots, mirrors the spectators disbelief and unbelievable surfing
Amazing foutages Tim you Re the boss you make me dream since Blue Orizon thanks for sharing
jaw dropping and breath taking... Tim, you are The Best. thanks so much!
legend Tim
What a coverage
Thanks for sharing, amazing stuff
Fantastic video great audio
incredible video!!!
Thanks for the view. Would love to know who is charging those monsters.
You mean who is being towed in by a jetski at full throttle?
Sebastian Steudtner, who holds the world record for the biggest wave ever surfed at 86 feet.
Nice work Tim!!🤙
Breathtaking!!!
Excellent footage as always live the quick upload!
Excellent audio and visual editing of choice material. And I don't like electronica...yet, Nailed the old school rock as well! Please continue. Well done.
RIP to the mad dogs ripper Mario........great waves o great...
Hey Tim, awesome stuff. Great bumping into you at the Village Cafe last week. See you coming up/down the Sitio/Naza stairs again one of these arvo's! Cheers, Milan
Nice day 🤙🤙
Good waves.
Awesome guys, thanx!
Excelente vídeo. Muito bom. Parabéns
That was insane!~ Thanks for all your videos!~ Peace~

Mate you’re all over the world filming the bombs! Loved your mavs sesh.
salut c est tres impressionnant et quelle metrise et ces vagues sont justes waouw
Im not a surfer. But man these videos of Nazarre are extreme. Still dont want surf there tho!
Yeah Nazare foot waves are a thing of the future and they have been in my top ten for a long while and I have been doing that for years and I’m just glad to be back in my top two and I’m not a fan fan of them but anymore I just don’t know how they work I 7:42
nice video my men
Amazing!!
In the documentary '100 foot wave', they were wearing head safety gear.
epic vid. who's the hero with the yellow board?
Sebastian S...
Yes brother 🤙
Both surfers are great but the guy with yellow board seems to have total confidence & command!
they are not surfers. Any kook can tow in. Paddle in are surfers.
@@martinginsburg7222 do it then!
Sebastian Steutner who holds the world record for the biggest wave ever surfed at 86 feet.
Wondering if anyone went right anymore, finally. Amazing to watch the safety crew (jet ski) get so familiar with the wave they now ride and sit a few feet away from the lip.
You can only go right if its small like this or big enough that the break moves way away from the rocks.
@@husseltoo Thanks for clarifying🏄
I can’t comment on surf culture but surely the act of riding there must be more important than bragging rights
MERCI
Evandro Mesquita tá em todas!!!!!
Cheers Timmy
The guy on the green board (w/ black patch on deck) REALLY fades back a long way behind the peak. He must really know the place.
He lives there full-time, Steudtner
Nice 🤙
top...
Grt vid. Grt music. And t 1st time ive seen a chick get into this wave. Cheers 🍻!
when its this big, it just feels right to watch at 2x. anyone else watch at 2x?
def not. appreciate the slowness
Downright biblical....
🤪🌊❤️🏄🏼♂️🤘🏼‼️
🔥🔥🔥
1.50min Big arc turn, epic! Who's the surfer?
Choppy.
I think think AC-DCs song, Big Balls comes to mind here.
do you shoot your epics with RED???......
They should try placing Wagner's Ride of the Valkyries in the fort on columns facing the water, like Apocalypse Now and see what War Surfing was all about!
Biiig
Huge Wives!
I have to say, I’m much more of a fan for paddling in.
So small waves?
@@rea8755 I’m just saying that I’d rather see people paddle big waves. It’s the essence of surfing. Takes more skill in my opinion. Just my preference.
Of course paddling is preferred. But even jaws and mavs still have tow days when it's too stormy or windy.
The issue with Nazare is that it doesn't have a defined reef, rather the ski team has to pick out an emerging peak from 100s of meters away and race to get in position.
@@PARATROOPERTV-b9i I understand now thank you.
Tow in
waterskiers
Amazing shots but somebody please clean their sensor for them! ;)
Hey…. Don’t talk to me about “the essence of surfing”! 🙄🫤🤔If your ass can surf even one of those monster waves you deserve to be there!😂😂😂
What were the times of day for these waves?
Surfing these type waves look more like a controlled near death experience....The sport is just an excuse to get there....lol. Crazy
they are waterskiers NOT surfers. Any kook can tow
😂, go paddle there, i would like to see..
Why does this wave appear so bumpy?
What’s the biggest unrideable wave?
The 80s baby! New wave!
what?! no 16k?
What is that black dot on the right of frame in most of the shots?
It's tiny dust or other very small particles on the image sensor inside the camera. At one point, there were up to 3 of them across the frame. 🫥
If you're going to go to the expense and trouble to shoot with an 8k capable RED V Raptor, the first order of business is to keep your sensor clean, FFS.
I know that this "just happens" to the best of us sometimes and it's unfortunate, but again, if you're gonna shoot with a RED, you've gotta be vigilant about this, and there are certain practices and techniques in this type of environment to minimize this from occurring.
Still, it's great footage, even though I'm not keen on this type of tow-in "surfing."
i think that inflation air should be usable. To that point a you tuber made a video called mini 007 scuba... in this video he devises a way to charge co2 cannister with compressed air!!! That means you could as a last ditch effort breathe from your vest...Safety guys please check it out
who is the surfer? damm is insane
there are NO surfers in this vid. Only watersking. Surfers paddle and don't pollute the Sea with Sea Doos
Sebastian Steutner who holds the world record for the biggest wave ever surfed at 86 feet.
Ridiculous composure facing such monsters.
Name of the rider must be in the vid, come on...
Multiple sensor filth spots in the image, too bad! Make sure you clean the sensor.
ho hum, another nazare borefest
Lately surf sessions in Nazare are causing me a strange feeling, I only see surfers looking for glory, success and recognition but I don't see much of the essence of surfing except from a few ones. I know it is a difficult wave and I imagine that its size and strength must be imposing but it reminds me of all those people who, without being professional climbers, try to climb mount Everest just so they can tell their friends and feed their own ego. Maybe I'm wrong but that's the feeling I've had in recent years
Saludo desde Mexico
Any one who does that deserves some glory.
If that’s what motivates some no problema.
To accomplish that you get your motivation in any way you can.
they are NOT surfers. They are waterskiers. Any clown kook can tow in.
Its a different sport and should not be compared to what we traditionally understand surfing is.
@@maaags_ Yes, I'm agree with that. I know that often in big waves the goal is just going straight and not being caught but anyway in my opinion every surfer should try to draw a beautiful line or trying at least like Kai Lenny does for example. He's a genius, the exception in big wave surfing, I know, but he's pushing the limits and showing that a different surfing is possible. Basically I have the impression that some people don't even have the basic skills in surfing and are playing the game in Nazare
If you could wouldn’t youJealousy is let’s face it unbecoming?
man... only one minute of non slow motion.
Thanks to not keep talking along the video
Junk...it doesn't have a barrel like Jaws...towing is not real surfing anyway you cut it... My grandma can be towed into any wave....
EXACTLY! Towing is for Kooks & real surfers who really care about the ocean would never be caught watersking via a SeaDoo dooing up the sea!
Sic video. But to much slow motion.
you should change the name from Surfing Visions to Watersking Visions. I only see SEADOOS DOOOOIng up the Sea towing in Waterskiers. There was no surfers in this vid.
Worlds most overrated wave!
Great vid tho
Lots of courage and skill, but zero grace or beauty - which obviously cannot unfold under such conditions. Every ride looks the same-boring to watch !
Why not just ride the jetski down the slope if your gonna be pulled…. Thats NOT SURFING…
😂😂You can't surf there without jetskis
yawn, must be a lot better being there, the small screen doesnt do this any favours
Keep sitting on the couch eating those fries.
So turn it off ...
Disabled people that needs a jetski to take waves. It's sad, cause they pretend to be surfers
Waterskiing glorified. They are NOT surfers. They are shitting on the ocean dooing up the sea with their seadoos
they need glory!nice joke!lol!dignity is better.well if they know what it is.
35 years that I surf,I only take my jetski for fun
boring mush burgers
