I completely agree, easily the sports game on the market but the improvements are getting smaller and smaller, everything has a peak gameplay wise and you can’t beat something if it’s already brilliant, but RTTS and Franchise need a massive upgrade, small changes are not enough to keep spending money year on year.
When are “Sports Fans” gonna realize there’s never gonna be huge improvements when it comes to sports games. It’s best to buy these games every two or 3 years unless your die hard fan that doesn’t complain.
I agree as well…I’m still playing The Show 19 & I think it better than 20-22 put together! I still might grab 22, just to play people but as far as my franchise & RTTS … no reason for me to stop playing The Show 19 & start a new season for a game that hasn’t improve just as much
MVP Baseball will always be the best of the three especially during the Sony PSP days. But I purchased a Nintendo Switch a month ago to purchase and play this game and has not disappoint. Play Ball ⚾️
They need to add proper cut scenes to Road to the Show and add some more narrative components to make it more compelling. Outside of the podcasts Road to the Show has been the same for the last couple of years.
Wish they would make an option to play online Head Diamond Dynasty with less than 9 innings. Most people quit or don't play the whole 9 a 3 or 6 option would make more sense.
This is almost the exact same game as last year. Still way too many double plays. Way too many line drive outs. This game is basically a patch. Glad it’s on Game Pass-it’s a game I will play a ton, but wouldn’t want to give them $60 for such minimal effort.
22 the Show is bad. Plain and simple. Announcers are horrible. So much dead air between the two of them. Hitting in DD is insane. I’ve never seen so many home runs before. Pitches completely out of the zone get rocked almost all the time. There are literally no upgrades to this game. They couldn’t even upgrade the graphics.

Not until VR becomes mainstream. There is nothing quite like playing a sport in VR like Echo VR or Eleven table tennis.

What 15 was, and what the modern game are, are 2 different animals. There is an engaging grindability to it that makes it great.
