FAKE DMCA CLAIM COMPANY!

Hey everyone!
So a slightly different video today but one that needs to be made to raise awareness of something that is going on right now.
Please be on the lookout if you get a takedown request from the company Rico Management.
Not only are they filing fraudulent claims but they are claiming to be the artist/label for the video they are trying to have taken down.
I cannot seem to find much online about them but if they are UK based they are a dissolved company so have no powers at all as they technically do not exist anymore.
I have confirmed from several sources that Labels/Artists/Management are not using the services of Rico Management and therefore they are submitting these claims fraudulently.

RUclips's copyright system is an absolute joke. They shouldn't go off of "if the claimant doesn't respond they win by default". It should be the other way around. If a claim is disputed and only one party is willing to come to the table, then they should be listened to. If someone just throws a thousand claims on a video fraudulently, then they should have to individually back up each claim, and not just ignore the dispute because youtube will take their side regardless. Don't get me wrong, a LEGITIMATE claim should be honored, but a legitimate claimant will also be responsive to disputes and may even be willing to negotiate with that content creator to avoid someone's potential career and livelihood being destroyed due to a simple clerical oversight.
