proto-capoeira: Leg techniques

These are the leg techniques of Protocapoeira; the ancestor of capoeira. All are done from Eagle ginga (you can do no other leg techniques from it).
The most important is Proto-rasteira; the precursor to all capoeira rasteiras (it is even captured on Rugendas' painting(1835)).
It is very easily done against a punch; but well will talk about this some other time.
