He parodies a different genre of music, but I know several American groups went carolling with his parodies last year and intend to do the same this year. I saw him live in New Orleans a few years ago at a small theater that seats maybe 100 people for $25, he came back to a bigger venue a year later , tickets were around $125! He mentioned he does all the work himself , video editing being the hard part, the song parodies he said come to him quickly.

Honestly, I hope Randy gets enough support where there isn't too much creative interference no matter who decides to invest in the talent. Obviously there didn't need to be much oversight to write and produce some top-notch stuff that feels authentic to the creator.
We always need humor, especially in the dark times. As a nation, we learned that lesson when Will Rogers came to us on the radio. We learned it as vets of my own era, when Robin Williams did "Good Morning Vietnam", and let us laugh at the darkness. To laugh at pain, and bad memories, is a path to removing the barbs that sting the soul. I miss Readers Digest, with its couple of pages called "Laughter, The Best Medicine". Honestly, I hope Randy gets enough support where there isn't too much creative interference no matter who decides to invest in the talent. Obviously there didn't need to be much oversight to write and produce some top-notch stuff that feels authentic to the creator.
We always need humor, especially in the dark times. As a nation, we learned that lesson when Will Rogers came to us on the radio. We learned it as vets of my own era, when Robin Williams did "Good Morning Vietnam", and let us laugh at the darkness.
To laugh at pain, and bad memories, is a path to removing the barbs that sting the soul. I miss Readers Digest, with its couple of pages called "Laughter, The Best Medicine".
I hope there will always be Randy Rainbows to help deal with pain and anger that are the potholes on the road of life.
