Wow what a snapper. I know you guys love the oceans and sea life. Why not get in touch with a couple ocean research centers in collages. When you catch a fish as a keeper. You take samples of the meat, and guts. Bag them, write where you got it with GPS, weather, water temp. Then when u hit the dock the sample is fed EX to the COLLAGE over night. Yes it sounds like alot of work but it's not. Your going to clean the fish anyway. They would give you the freezer bags, slide samples in, use a marker date time and where. .. you could get a grant.$$, to help cover all your costs. Then you tube $ is all in the pocket.
