    Whenever I see Thai, I cry with compassionate loving joy. I see still a little boy who has grown up to tell the world how things are.

    How does this only have198 likes in 2021? No matter. I am at peace. I have more joy. I will learn to be more compassionate. There will be more "likes" than you can see with a click of a mouse,LOL.

    Thank you, man. So much wisdom, practicing your teachings makes life so good, so happy. This was given to us when you could speak, you still give us so much without saying a word, with your continuation.
    Thank you friends at Plum Village for posting it too.

    The Three Refuges --
    I take refuge in the Buddha,
    the one who shows me the way in this life.
    I take refuge in the Dharma,
    the way of understanding and of love.
    I take refuge in the Sangha,
    the community that lives in harmony and awareness.
    [bell]
    Dwelling in the refuge of Buddha,
    I clearly see the path of light and beauty in the world.
    Dwelling in the refuge of Dharma,
    I learn to open many doors on the path of transformation.
    Dwelling in the refuge of Sangha,
    shining light that supports me, keeping my practice free of obstruction.
    [bell]
    Taking refuge in the Buddha in myself,
    I aspire to help all people recognize their own awakened nature,
    realizing the Mind of Love.
    Taking refuge in the Dharma in myself,
    I aspire to help all people fully master the ways of practice
    and walk together on the path of liberation.
    Taking refuge in the Sangha in myself,
    I aspire to help all people build Fourfold Communities,
    to embrace all beings and support their transformation.
    [bell, bell]

      I love my books!!!
      I am a reader, and I love it, for I am a closet writer from age 15 to my present 78. I keep written, audio and video journals. Your suggestion cannot be deleted, like YT, Tweeter, Story corps,FB etc. If you are not part of the solution, you are part of the problem. You cannot delete the truth, and God is in charge 24/7, and your arms are too short to box with GOD!

    Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva
    when practicing deeply the Prajna Paramita
    perceives that all five skandhas are empty
    and is saved from all suffering and distress.
    Shariputra,
    form does not differ from emptiness,
    emptiness does not differ from form.
    That which is form is emptiness,
    that which is emptiness form.
    The same is true of feelings,
    perceptions, impulses, consciousness.
    Shariputra,
    all dharmas are marked with emptiness;
    they do not appear or disappear,
    are not tainted or pure,
    do not increase or decrease.
    Therefore, in emptiness no form, no feelings,
    perceptions, impulses, consciousness.
    No eyes, no ears, no nose, no tongue, no body, no mind;
    no color, no sound, no smell, no taste, no touch,
    no object of mind;
    no realm of eyes
    and so forth until no realm of mind consciousness.
    No ignorance and also no extinction of it,
    and so forth until no old age and death
    and also no extinction of them.
    No suffering, no origination,
    no stopping, no path, no cognition,
    also no attainment with nothing to attain.
    The Bodhisattva depends on Prajna Paramita
    and the mind is no hindrance;
    without any hindrance no fears exist.
    Far apart from every perverted view one dwells in Nirvana.
    In the three worlds
    all Buddhas depend on Prajna Paramita
    and attain Anuttara Samyak Sambodhi.
    Therefore know that Prajna Paramita
    is the great transcendent mantra,
    is the great bright mantra,
    is the utmost mantra,
    is the supreme mantra
    which is able to relieve all suffering
    and is true, not false.
    So proclaim the Prajna Paramita mantra,
    proclaim the mantra which says:
    gate gate paragate parasamgate bodhi svaha
    gate gate paragate parasamgate bodhi svaha
    gate gate paragate parasamgate bodhi svaha.
