Thank you for this video. Remaining unbothered and calm is something I need to work on. I think I snap back when people are rude because I perceive their rudeness as a reflection of how people perceive me (that they think I don't deserve respect/have no value/etc.). Instead, I should realize that people act upon their inner feelings and experiences, therefore their behaviour speaks ore about themselves than about me.
