REAL CONNECTIONS

Life revolves around relationships and when we neglect to connect with others, it affects every part of our lives. Jesus is so concerned in John 13 that he connects with his disciples.
NEW STANDARD. “So, I give you a new commandment, love each other”. Jesus used His standard of love as the true measurement.
GREAT LOVE. “Love each other as much as I loved you”. This love is not simple warm feelings; it’s an attitude that reveals itself in action. No one loved like our Lord.
GREAT CONNECTION. “By loving one another, everyone will know you’re my true followers”. This is the connection.
Relationships are one of our most valuable assets. The coronavirus pandemic caused such isolation and loneliness. We must be intentional to form real connections with real people.
REFLECT: Are you feeling alone?
TRUTH: Jesus says, “So this is my parting command, Love one another deeply”. John 15:17.
PRAY: Lord, help me make connections with others.
