    Let’s explore VLOOKUP vs HLOOKUP in Excel. In this video you'll learn how these functions work, and when to use them.
    The HLOOKUP and VLOOKUP functions are grouped in the lookup category of functions. The function looks for a certain value in the first row (HLOOKUP - (h)orizontal) or column (VLOOKUP - (v)ertical) of a table and returns any value from the same column (HLOOKUP) or row (VLOOKUP).

    not sure if you will see this or not but... why include all three fields in the 2nd part of the sheet and only return one column of data? I thought by including first and last name in the table array (and for some reason you have workshop ID) that it would return both first and last name in the first half of the sheet. how would I bring over last name?
