    What kind of mental health facility doesn't know it has a patient involved in a relationship that is shifting from voluntary BDSM to involuntary abuse?

    How the evidence was fished out of the reservoir and Elaines' body being discovered, both within days of the other was absolutely unbelievable and I can't help but think some supernatural power was involved. The persistence of the man to retrieve all he did from the awkwardness of the bridge, his "uneasy" feeling about it, the desire to take and report to the Guardi. Then the Guard had those feelings, to search the area of water, by hand, he knew this was sinister.....What else would motivate these busy men to search for somebody's bondage clobber in a remote body of water, unless Elaine was spurring them on from the spirit world? Even if her body was found, without the reservoir loot there would be NO case evidence on Dwyer. No phones or records to directly link them together and prove he murdered Elaine the very day she went missing and Dwyer's premeditation and lust to make that session of debouchary Elaines'last. RIP Elaine O'Hara, the bastard's in jail.

      @@craftycriminalistwithms.z3053 without any doubt in my mind, Dwyer's lust for murder would have escalated, Elaine was his "trial run', unfortunately. His MO was to build an S & M relationship with women who had history of self harm and suicide attempts, so when they did go missing the suspicion would be they harmed themselves. The power he felt from getting away with Elaine's murder, would be short lived. He may well have had another target in sight, other than the American girl. I do believe Elaine was his first kill, thank God all the evidence lead to him and a murder conviction.

      @@BrissaElodie the last bone the dog brought to the walker had clothing around it also. That's when she realised they weren't deer bones and followed the dog back through the undergrowth and found the rest of the disturbed remains. I'm so glad all this came together in a week or so of the reservoir evidence or Elaine's family would have always believed she'd committed suicide. 😪

      @@fernandapartridge5174 I thought ''oh no'' when I heard of this.
      Surely they could not free such a person who abused women so horribly. What he did to the American girl was horrible, too...sending her a birthday card to her home address in the USA...asking she not give evidence.

      @@hexxie0 A documentary said the Jury had to watch awful videos filmed by 'Graham'..it was said that they will need counselling, and many wept openly. How could he be freed only to most likely do the same to others?

      @fernandapartridge5174 5 лет назад +5

      Oakleaf700 I really hope not..... highly unlikely he’s going to win that appeal. One of the scariest humans I’ve ever heard of! Apparently his appeal is in December this year. I think it goes to show how deluded and out of touch with reality he is if he thinks he’s got a chance....... he’s done. I hope. Nobody who does these things should be out walking amongst us. Let’s see what happens! 👍

    It must be ao frustrating to have a family memebr with mental health issues. Every day, wondering if they're going to kill themselves.... having a party for them, and then they get upset and OD.... gosh. She didn't deserve to die, but she def needed to live in an institution or group home.
