I really appreciate your videos. I primarily do commercial supermarket refrigeration, but from time to time you need to fabricate things in the field. Thats the beauty of being in this field, so many direction to specialize in. I just want to thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience...

I use a speed square and just do it in 2 peices usually. Good vid though, the guys who learned on ductboard tend to be able to make anything out of duct.
Now how about laying out and making a 6" round adjustable elbow! Lol i had to do that when i wrote my sheet metal mechanics ticket/license.... It's a real pain in the galvanized ass

No problem!!!! It's an old trick I picked up in a ductboard class a long time ago. Thanks for watching!!!!
I am doing a video series on HVAC sheetmetal I am going to show how to miter ductwork when making an offset but it will be later on in the series.
Thanks, I am doing a once a week video series on HVAC sheet metal. Going to full of tips and tricks I've pick up along the way.
Can you please make a video on how to miter duct and also show us how to take the measurements for the miter.
Would The Measurements /Process Be The Same For The Ductmate As Well? Instead Of Using S Locks.?
thats cool the trick with the paper.... nice vid
