You all probably dont care at all but does any of you know of a method to log back into an instagram account..? I was stupid forgot my password. I would appreciate any tips you can offer me
Yes, I’ve wasted money on food. Going to the grocery store without a list and buying everything. Only to have it spoil in 2 weeks. I have shoes on my list right now to buy with no place to go. 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️
I definitely ate out way too much which adds up so quickly! Have been doing a lot better investing in groceries and trying not to waste any food, and making all my meals at home.
I am ashamed and guilty of taking meat out of freezer and not cooking immediately and it goes bad. I've just started cooking some meats i.e...chicken legs and baking and storing cooked to use later in stews or soups. That kind of waste is sinful.
I am so guilty of food waste. I was sad when i cleaned out the fridge. All the food that had gone bad because my picky eaters wont eat . This past week i have decided to only grocery shop weekly verses buying bulk then making sure we eat what is in the fridge before i cook new meals. Meals are just a challenge in my home. I'm always thinking breakfast, lunch, dinner , school snacks you name it. I wonder if am the only mom who is still figuring this meal situation out. We had then replace our carpet and had to take all our furniture and belongings out of our room for the carpet guys to come install the new carpets. The work is beautiful but i have anxiety just looking at all the stuff we have. I am dreading moving stuff back in . I want to hold on to the space we have but am not sure how to beat this challenge. This video is handy. Thank you for sharing.
I’ve been following you for a year now...although I am not much of an internet ‘follower’. You have been the saving grace in some really tough kinda times. My awareness of my financial situation is the only thing saving me from the chaos. Spending journal is most eye opening. Anyways....tonight you were funny. Keep it up. The funny is what makes me really question myself as a ‘ funny and must save’ kinda lady!!! Heehee
Clothes, bags, and shoes😩💀. I know it sounds like a rap song but these are my 3 budget busters. It doesn’t make sense because I’m a loner and a homebody.
Don't buy into the myth that you can't eat expired food.... those dates are to protect the manufacturer, not you....most expired food can be safely eaten well past the date...or at least give the food to someone who is happy to have food beyond the date if you refuse to eat it
I was guilty of buying the same clothes, like 5 tan sweaters...that look the same except for one thing, like one has 3/4 sleeves...but the sweater is the same everywhere else...like I couldn't possibly get a different color🤣 5 workout bottoms...when I only really need 2. Goodwill bag is ready!
Shoes!!! I waste so much of my money on shoes that I'll end up wearing once and never again. Right above the shoes is snacks, I felt attack when you mentioned snacks 😂
I know some people who have almost every streaming service. I got Disney+ which comes with Hulu and ESPN+ and my sister have Netflix. We split the bills for both. I couldn't tell you the last time I went shopping, I had to nip that in the bud pre-pandemic. I love buying snacks out the vending machine at work.
My rule for streaming is no more than 3 tv services at a time in my rotation and I keep track of what I am watching, and pause or cancel one before adding a new one, this seems to work for me cause I generally know what I am going to watch, what is worth paying for, anyway this keeps me in the price range that works for me.
Thanks Bola! Some excellent tips here even post pandemic! 👌 😍😍😍😍 . Been working on going to the grocery store with a list..... And being strong enough to drop items when I realise the cost is above my expectations at the check out counter or online! I also waste money doing Instagram surf-shopping 😂
Hi Bola, thank you for great tips.. I've a question, how can I instill saving habit into my kids, as early as possible? I don't want them to be late bloomer like me.. lol
Buying food! I strongly dislike cooking and rarely ever have the time to cook working a full time nanny job and two other part-time jobs. I work at Bath & Body Works as my side hustle job which I love. However, the food court is super convenient and I always end up buying from there as it’s in the mall where I work. I try to buy from the grocery store, but between my strong loathing of cooking, 10 hour work days, and I’m not able to cook things in the kitchen I work full time at (my nanny family keeps kosher so I can only use the microwave), it’s become very difficult to cook food from the grocery store. I’m open to any ideas/advice though.
I know people who are not into to cooking so the y will pick those meal deals that are heat and serve from the grocery and are able to geta few meals out of that etc, I do think when I don’t feel like cooking,
This month i dint pay my cable i decided to download videos every day on my phone everyday at the office with my office Wi-Fi to watch later after work ,wish me luck i wish to be like this for life.

When you clothes I felt that 100% that’s my main money wasting habit thank you you triggered a wake up call that I seriously needed
I waste money with impulse buying. Then giving the items away because it wasn’t what I really wanted.

For shame 🙈 I’m guilty of all of the above 😂 great video 👍
Thanks for tuning in!!
In 2021, I’ve eliminated all of these other than the expired/unused food. I am horrible of wasting leftovers. Money in the trash can literally.
It really hurts to throw out food! Thanks for tuning in!

Good staff
You covered it!
buying books!
But if they change your life for the better by giving you crucial info- I say books are an investment in yourself.
I waste money on buying cloths and eating out.
I buy vegetables and never use them, they end up in the trash can and I feel so guilty afterwards
Buy ones you can freeze so they are there when you are ready. Or use them for smoothies. it may help 🥰
I make vegetable soups with vegetables that are starting to look long in the tooth!
I have to stop and figure what I want to do with veggies so I have a plan, it keeps me from buying to many
Lol. Streaming services. Gotta take a look at that. I have cable and all the services but Discovery that you mentioned. Wasted money 4 real.
They add up so quickly! Thanks for tuning in!
Also look at your music services, I found out that I had about three music services and I didn’t use any of them. 🤦🏾♀️
Buying too many clothes for my daughter 🙆♀️
This month i dint pay my cable i decided to download videos every day on my phone everyday at the office with my office Wi-Fi to watch later after work ,wish me luck i wish to be like this for life.
yeah, i go to my neighbor who have wifi so i can download loads of movies too!
I hope you did decide to pay your cable bill so that you don’t encounter credit issues later!
