This chameleon literally named his blow gun "ptooey". That's like calling a rifle "bam bam" because of the sound it makes.

Cows can be FIERCE when they're angry, do not underestimate their bone-liquefying power
well both in lore and tww2 it seems to both favor oxy (though lore is iffy at best because its endtimes lore).
Ingame oxy just kites taurox until he is dead.
in lore taurox was unceremoniously oneshot by wulfhart and oxy is atleast as good if not a better shot than he is.

@@galling2052 in lore it's Auto win for Oxyotl. He has taken on countless greater demons and his blowpipe will one shot him. Also not even the chaos gods can spot him when he's hiding... Taurox will never know what hit him

Vs I, Cato Sicarius, ex-Captain of the second Ultramarine company, Master of the Watch, Knight Champion of Macragge, Grand Duke of Talassar, High Suzerain of Ultramar, Primaris Marine, commander of the Primarch Guilliman, Lord Regent of the Imperium, Avenging Son, The Victorious, The Master of Ultramar, The Blade of Unity and Primarch of the Ultramarines Space Marine Legion, Victrix Guard, his student, possible next Chapter Master and possible heir to the title of Lord Regent (the last two are highly heretical speculations done by other people), who too was lost in the Warp yet remained strong and escaped.

Summarizing his time in the realm of chaos. This sounds exactly like what you'd see in an adventure video game. Lots of settings, a goal, a plight to overcome. Unique gameplay of stealth, blow dart, chameleon, unique physics. This is a video game.

The warhammer version of doom guy
Wow, a story almost as epic as Gotrek's, and I've never heard of him.
Now that would be something to obliquely reference in 40k. Like, as Oxyotl travelled the realms of Chaos, popping in and out and stuff, with space-time being all kerflooey as Chaos makes it... he pops out randomly into the 40k universe, and does some hunting somewhere, and ends up being a cryptid in 40k. Space Marines mutter to each other about the Invisible Hunter who's poison darts expertly hit the softer joints of armor, or exposed skin of helmetless heads, delivering potent toxins that bring Astartes to their knees, if not actually killing them. Daemons, fresh from the warp, about to begin devouring entire worlds....suddenly die. And those who catch a glimpse of him don't understand what they're seeing. In all of the 40K universe, no one has seen a lizardman, let alone one that can instantly vanish like he does. So tales pass among the stars as his hunting pops in and out of reality.
I agree with many abour how badly the Endtimes was handled but among my many, many, many complains os that Oxyotl never had a chance to prove to a certain rat assasing who's boss.
They don't exist. They are a garbage retcon timeline. Screw GW.

Argonians and Lustria's lizard men would have a lot in common. They're often under valued by their fellow mortal races, until fiery demons show up and get their assess kicked by lizards with Vietnam style guerilla tactics in meso american style forests, plantations, and swamps.

So basically Oxyotl is the Doom Slayer of Warhammer fantasy
But with muffled metal/rock instead.

Imagine the Doom slayer running into Oxyotl. Raising his gun to it as a horde of Demons charge towards them.
Oxyotl's eye clicks onto the approaching horde, keeping one locked firmly on the slayer. The slayer looks to the demons, readying his shotgun. Together they rip and tear.
Basically Sly Marbo in lizardmen form and trolled in the Chaos Realm like a Boss!
I wonder if Oxyotl encountered a strange warrior clad in silver armour on his journey trough the domains of chaos.

Except Lizardmen only exist for that purpose and Argonians did it once. And Lizardmen arguably look cooler and have at least a semblance of culture and civilization.

Oxyotl was one of my first whf miniatures 25 years ago
It is of exceptional rarity but, some mortal beings can actually thrive in the Realms of Chaos. For Oxyotl, it gave him everything he could ever ask for. Khorne offered target practice, Tzeentch forced him to perfect his ability to walk unseen, Nurgle had enough flies to last for eternity and poisons galore to test out and Slaanesh, well, everyone needs some entertainment now and again.
