No stranger to the world of Art, Academia, nor Activism, Salima Hashmi has had an illustrious career spanning over four decades and has been involved with countless art institutions and spaces.
She taught at the National College of Arts for thirty years and was also a Principal of the institution for four years, and was later appointed as the Dean at the Beaconhouse National University.
And even to this day she continues to support the world of art by her unwavering support, as is evident by generations upon generations of artists and designers who have flourished underneath her wings.
