Hey thanks for watching the video!
Where are you? Missing your videos
I was really surprised to see how much that Raptor dropped! Another great video, Jan!
I'm always glad for you to post. Thank you for your effort. Tom in Minneapolis 😅
Beautiful night shots showing the glow from the setting sun at 10 PM. Thank you for what you do and sharing with us.
Your videos are amazing and enjoyable to watch ...
In Indiana , USA , for April we got 8+ inches of rain ... For May 2+ inches of rain ...
Sending prayers for your farming operation for large amount of rain , 🙏🙏🙏
Nice drone shots. Video is beautifully shot
Always enjoy your videos Jan. Thank you for your efforts in making them, please keep them coming.
I have a F150 from 2001 it can load 792 kg in the back with no problem. Made in Virginia, imported from Texas, deliverd to Germany for TUV inspection. Then to the Netherlands. The whole circus costed me 3000 euro but it was worth every cent. Best truck Ford has ever made. I may tow 2850 kg but that depends on the axle in the back.
At least the shocks bounced back on the Raptor😂
Saturday video brother yahoooo from the imperial county California 👍👍🇺🇲
Ford Raptor's are basically built for the street and some off road fun and games. If you need to haul with it, a trailer and a load leveler hitch woiuld work perfectly.
Yeah maybe take a cattle trailer along next time.
In my town, Guelph Ontario, that vehicle is driven hither and thither, it is too big for our roads, and often by people who don't know how to drive. Mostly empty, one person only. Pedestrians and cyclists get killed. People get hurt.
Built to make profit for ford
Ford, Built St...d
Definitely a difference at 10pm there then here...10pm still sun out
Nice to see planting and not snow. LED lights sure have helped with night work in many businesses.Great invention. Thanks for another great video.
Hi Jan. Great video. I could just feel your excitement at getting the canola seeding started. I love your enthusiasm putting in a full day and going till after 10 at night. You have an amazing family and crew working together.
I could hear the Raptor breathing a sigh of relief!
500l of water weighs @1100 pounds or 500kg. Great video!! Thanks for sharing it with me!!!
You should have bought a Chevy so you wouldn’t have to haul heavy loads!!!!!!!
Exit stage left? You been quiet. Take care. Hope all is well.
Wow, you can see for miles, just beautiful. I see no mountains where did they go?
We have them all here in B.C. lol
Thank you,great stuff....🚜👨🌾🚜
Wonder how the Aurora looked from there. It was visible in Oklahoma last night. Must have been spectacular there!
Sorry you haven’t got a RAM 😇! There are some nutty types out there who think Canola oil is bad, but I have done some research and I learned all the major studies show Canola oil is incredibly healthy! Canola oil is a superfood! Canola and Olive oil are by far the two best!
Nice drone views!
Actually didn't squat the truck that bad. I've had 1000 litre cube in different makes of trucks and that bags them way past safe zone but older farm trucks didn't care about
How many years has brent worked for you guys? He definitely is a huge asset
Don’t You get a turn running your airseeder? Great video! My buddy had a Ford Raptor as a farm turn as well, he too thought it was way over sold and couldn’t do near what they said it could! I watch all your videos from South Central Manitoba, you make interesting videos! Keep up the good work!
All I know is the successful Hutterites drive F550s when they need to do some work done.
outstanding work, Jan on the farm and with the great video. You are good at whatever you do young man. Blessings on you and your fine family.
500 Liters x 1.7kg/Liter is 850 kilograms. So you sure did put some more weight than you suposed to. Glyphosate is much denser than water.
Great video
Show truck,,,, not meant to work
🇺🇸🇨🇱
When you filling the drill with fertiliser why do not run screens in the opening to the tank as well as the tanks auger and the auger from the bin I know that it would be an extra cost but surely would help the drill from plugging up as often as it might do without the screens
Just purchased a seed drill like yours to plant some bare spots in our front yard .
I thought it had air bag suspension, is there no way to adjust ride height? interesting but not so surprising I guess not many that buy a truck like that actually use it as a truck. I'm glad you share all these thing with us , thanks .
Secret - Raptors are really sports cars. 😝
It looked worse than it was; built Ford tough 😃
When are you going to learn how to run the air drill
500 litres of glyphosate is 670kg plus the weight of the tote so you had over 700kg on board.
How’s things going you guys get those 3 tires yet for solid fertilizer
Wash the truck
when is the next video coming out?
Just as soon as he gets off the drugs again.
When you must put your barley in the ground?
i would not put that much seed in at one time had a friend do that and seeded 20 bags on the first round a little costly
I thought they had adjustable shocks on them!
If you ever find yourself stuck I have a One Ton Denali Duramax with Timbren suspension stops. It has a weight capacity of 1427 kgs. I carry my 1115 Kgs truck camper with it no problem. I would be more than happy to help you out.🚂
How many rows is that planter???? 32??? It's huge !!!!👍 Great video really enjoyed it..Ty! ❤️🙏🇺🇲
He said in a previous video he's seeding on 10" spacing, so that would make 74 rows.
Bourgault 5810 - 62ft drill - 10" spacing with Bourgault 6550 ST airseeder - 550 bu
New Holland 9882 - 425hp - 460hp tuned. 😉
It's a 62' drill with 10" spacing, so that'd be 74 rows.
Holy crap!!! Never knew they made em that big!!! Ty!!🇺🇲
@@phyllishalley8972
Check, Tony Fast [ Fast AG Montana ], he runs a Bourgault 100ft with 91300 cart ( 1300 bushel ) , 100 rows, ..... that's a big rig. 😉
Or check Mike Mitchell, he's now also seeding, using a Bourgault 84ft with 71300 cart.
Good equiment for job very importan from Puerto Rico
We miss your videos. Hope all is well with you and your family
I miss your videos
me too
Great video as always! Have a simple question Why is Brent the only one that does planting for you guys? Have a great week!
Good question. That big drill has always been Brent’s baby.
WOW That truck is terrible.
Hey! The Raptor is a great sports car.
Let’s pray Mother Nature is give you a good crop year it is good to catch a break more often ✌🏻👍🇺🇸
Another very interesting video 😊😊😊😊
Love your video's keep on using your truck for what you got it for a farm truck there built to last
Hope you have a great day !
Thats a ford for you
Bobcat says wash me!
Wow! Jan, don’t break the Raptor. 😱😂🤣😅
in the night that tractor looks like vehicle from Mad Max
GOOD JOB!
Ford should use that payload for a commercial.
That raptor is fcked up
The Raptor is built to handle the weight what you need are booster springs. The extra springs are placed below the existing leaf springs and only come into play when a heavy load is added. These will not stiffen the ride during low load trips. Heavy duty springs are built up leaf springs with extra leafs added, these permanently stiffen the ride.
yay for lots of soil moisture

“16 tons and whaddaya get?”…would love to be in that shadow…going slowly yields better results… can never get the string off the bag; go Brent style - unless shown how…“shake, shake, shake - shake, shake, shake - shake your booty, shake your booty”…hottie squatty ride…like the mellow dubs…fence-rows around the fields - always a comforting sight…along side the mothership…sky-blue pink?...continue to enjoy the manus - and the purse 😉
😎
De l'isle...so Peter Raspberry, then.
Check your subscriptions !!!! RUclips unsubscribed me from your channel yet again. 3rd time in 3 years. I dont know why.
I loved your truck bro🤦🔥
Great sunset though 👍
First view
Hey Jan, I put 1000 L water tank in the back of my Chevy and I put it right to the cab and squats of the boat 3 inches and you said your dad‘s Chevy was in the garage you should’ve bought a Chevy not a Ford
I'm thinking the @saskdutchkid has gotten bitten by the love bug and has no time for Utubing
👍👍❤🐮🌾
Thanks Jan. Happy Mothers Day (Mothers Day in USA) to your Mom. Hard working Woman !!! Good stuff.
my ram is rated for like 1500 lbs and we've had nearly a ton in it a couple times and she still lives... 12 years old and never needed shocks.. built like a tank.. when you load it up it squats when you unload it back up she goes.. last week had 1500 lbs of lumber in it one day and 1300lbs of bagged soil the next..
Many of the comments show that people do not know "diddly squat" about loading your Ford Raptor. Of course the distance you went and likely the speed meant it was just another day on the farm. . . . unless you let your dad carve up the dirt driving the Raptor. 🤣
Payload is usually based off what you can pull with it not put in the bed or at least that what I think
No, payload capacity is what can be put into the bed. Towing capacity is what it can pull. The Raptor is rated for 1,850 lb. payload and 7,500 - 9,000 lb. towing. (Depending on package)
Nice vid SDK, the air seeder looks great, now I might be a little biased on my comment, my brother in law was the southern regional
sales rep for them he may have even covered your area, south Sask, Ab, and Bc was in his area and I know he did farm visits great channel I enjoy the videos take care and all of you be safe cheers from Alberta ,yup I hit the subscribe button lol
You bought a toy truck not a working truck. It won't handle a constant heavy work payload.
A clip u made is being used in a larger RUclipsrs video. Rich rebuilds used it in his cybertruck review go check it out.
The steering must have felt VERY light !!! I remember having some steel lintels in the back of my station wagon !! very strange feeling. Greetings from Australia
can you seed your own canola seeds in order to not overpay ? Is it prohibited ?
Canola has a gene imbedded in it that prevents it from being reseeded You can go through the process, but you will be lucky to get 20 bushel per acre
Where are you at man, have been missing your videos, keep on making them please.
You could have bought you a semi with trailer that lifts to empty that way you don’t have to reload the Tantum truck twice it would save time load and reload again .
you around?
Brent I think is an amazing employee for you farm fixing seeding and everything else and putting in the big hours we'll done Brent and everyone evolved in the farm video was brilliant as usual keep them coming 👍
I can't even imagine what your cost/acre is. Thank you for taking the risk and all the work to feed us.
I always forget you have that nice articulated tractor. I bet at times it would be nice if it had a PTO that you could put it on the liquid manure wagon.
That new holland was digging in
Put airbags underneed your truck Jan so you can ajust the ride hide when caring heavy loads.
3:40 tote in the raptor - when you have a heavy load I believe it would be best to even the load to all 4 wheels, ie moving it forward as far as possible. You could also pull a small trailer and put the tote on the trailer. Good luck.
Thatis what happens when you buy a girlly city truck
You can always install airbags on your rafter on the back axles.
Wow! That’s a Ford! Go Toyota Tundra! No worries! 😂😂
At least you know your Ford has enough HP. ;)
If that Raptor does not have get air bags will never sag again.
I hauled 10 loads with 1000 L tote on a Nissan frontier and it did not hurt it
Quick question:- Doesn’t the fertilizer decompose canola seeds ?
The seed is destroyed anyway when it sprouts.
Good video.
Great Job!
Great video guys. thank you guys
Wher did you go my friend I love your videos
Hope that Ford don’t break !
