- The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s Archewell Foundation has been listed as “delinquent” by California’s Registry of Charities and Fundraisers for failing to submit annual records.
A delinquency notice letter was sent to the charity earlier on May 3 saying the foundation is “listed as delinquent” for “failing to submit required annual report(s) and/or renewal fees”.
Royal expert Michael Cole joins Talk’s Kevin O’Sullivan to discuss this further.

There was a report they flew commercial, but I highly doubt Meghan was thrilled by that. I mean, after all, she is a Duchess and a Princess in Nigeria.
The U S Department of Justice did issue an indictment against Allen Onyema in 2019 for money laundering and bank fraud. Onyema was accused of falsifying documents used for the purchase of airplanes for Air Peace and using those to fund purchases of luxury cars and high end shopping. He is charged with 36 counts of criminality.

Look at the effortless poise of Catherine, and the lovely Sofie, and compare… Markle has managed to bring Harry down to her level within 5 short, but painful to watch, years. Here in the US people do still use cheques to pay some bills - usually occasional bills that don’t warrant a bank draft. Cheques still work perfectly well for this sort of thing.
Here in Germany, official bills - including taxes - are generally taken by direct debit!

This is fraud. They were bound by law to inform the Nigerian charity that theirs was delinquent and not in good standing until further notice….

Archewell is Registered in the State of Delaware and today it has been noted that they never listed a REGISTERED AGENT on their application there. Stef The NEWrd interviewed non profit attorney today and he outlined with the docs the Archewell issues.
They need to turn in their information for the year to determine what the fee will be. It’s based on a a percent taken in. They’re a public charity, not a NFP. They are lying when they say the check was mailed and lost. How do they know the amount until the government tells them what they owe. They were contacted February 2023 and still haven’t sent the info. Lot’s of shadiness.
