@@JMPK23 I also would rather see him gaining a few kilos over OD, because he was really in a bad state. BUT he needs to lose some, first of all he struggles to hit high notes like before, and secondly not healthy at all, especially if he continues. In his case GYM would be the best choice, he would continue to stay sober easily, while being healthy and in good shape, and still have his old singing abilities.
