From ABANDONED to HOTROD. 1967 Firebird WILL IT RUN (fast edition).

- I wanted to do a more straight forward version of one of the "will it run" videos. I figured the firebird would be a great video to try it on. This is obviously a lot more fast paced then the original on the main channel! Yall be sure to subscribe!

Im sure this was a repeat
Said so in the title😂
@@winnerscreed6767 head up my ass
Pinning this comment just to help spread information. Not for a bash fest.
For anyone struggling with the repeat or rerun it says so in the title, the description, and in the first few seconds of the video…
Hope this helps.
Also don’t forget this Is my second channel, my standards are pretty low here, and I’m trying to be able to spend some time with family these holidays…
Appreciate y’all being here!
@@PuddinsFabShop2 I'm a loyal supporter.... I watch repeats too! Anything for the team ya know! 🤣😉😉
@@PuddinsFabShop2i never did finish watching this episode so it'll be great for me
Stop Everything, Mom Puddin's on the Ole RUclips building a Classic Muscle Car!!!!
I will literally put ANYTHING on hold to watch puddin
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays Puddin. Congratulations on everything you've accomplished this year. We've been here all year and wishing you the best for next year.
Definitely would love to see more muscle cars , especially that nova build for you 🔥🔥🔥
Now Bill can use a battery bicycle...so we can see him more... tell Santa for me... thanks......... JJ...
i must be in back to future cause i think ive seen this one 😂
Here we go again Guys
👊🏻👊🏻
It’s been years since I built a Pontiac 400 I dropped into a Buick Regal. Had the worst luck with that engine. The machine shop did less than piss poor work. They used a belt sander to mill the heads which wrapped the piss out of them. The head gaskets blow at start up. Pulled the heads and carried to another shop and they removed .015” to clear them. I believe this made the compression litle to high had to keep the timing retarded to stop the detonation. Back then we hunted for I believe X6 heads they were suppose to be the best heads for them back then if I remember correctly. We had either 42 or 46 if I remember but that has been nearly or over 30 years
Any chance the original intro is coming back? I liked it
Thanks for the abridged version. People of a certain age need two or three naps when watching a 2+ hour video. If you weren’t so entertaining I would have to unsubscribe. I had to unsubscribe Mortske’s channel because I couldn’t stay awake that long. The irony of this is I discovered your channel through his.🤷♂️
I’ll tell ya. It’s hard to please everyone. Give them a 2 hour version it’s too long. Give them a 39 minute version and folks don’t want that either.
@@PuddinsFabShop2 Love the 2 hr + vids. Not boring me into a nap.🖕🖕🖕🖕
@@PuddinsFabShop2 indeed. You’re one of two that are entertaining enough to pull 2 hours off for me. You be you.😉
Hell yeh Awsome
That smile on Slick’s face makes your time worth it
He was having fun!
Any rerun by puddin is guaranteed to be a good'n. Merry Christmas and Happy New years to you and yours. You deserve a lil break every now and then.
Awesome video. Got to love slick. Yall are such good friends i believe he would wipe your tail if yall couldn't
Does that have Big Block Springs in the front end ?
Looks kind of high in the front ?
VERY NICE PROJECT RIG FOR SURE.
I hope they have many episodes of this FINE RIDE too come.
YEEEE- HAAAWWWWW.
HAPPY HOLIDAYS TOO YA ALL & THE ONES YOU LOVE.

I'm glad the car is being SLICKEN' up in the PUDDIN' shop. 😂 I really like 67 and 68 firebird. Glad to see you're working on this. I saw the other as well.
Hopefully someday soon you will be able to hire slick full time cause you two make a hilarious team
@@jamesmitchell380 yes they do
Merry Christmas and happy New Year’s to the Puddins Family, this year’s videos have been the best by far, keep up the great work, hope to see an old muscle car soon.
This is the 2nd time we've seen it
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays Puddin and family.
The slow-mo over the dirty blues riff with Ol' Puddin cheesin' out the windah as he's slidin' er sideways.... EPIC. We need a still shot made into a poster asap!
400 poncho is fairly stout before any mods. that rig should just rip once ya got it running
She’s got some booty to her for sure
This is dejuvu all over again!
Merry Christmas Everyone!
✌🤠🇺🇸
You’ve got the room and the perfect setup for you guys to have automotive competitions of sort. This video got me excited when Slickfiddy got it outside. Reminded me of my favorite video when Sir Morticus came down for some fun. Merry Christmas to you all…….even Mortski
Watched the original video! Dropping a comment for the algorithm!
Merry Christmas Puddin and Slick and to your entire families as well 🙏
That's a nice 1967 Firebird. Good project to work on.
Nice start for sure!
I do hope slick fitty restores this fire chicken 🔥🐔 those were fine cars in their day..
Hope you and your family slick fitty and all of your followers have a merry Christmas
and a great new year..later dudes..🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
For that era I think it would be cool to get the body work done and leave it gray primer .
The shorter videos are made for me. Thanks Puddin😂
Me too! Thanks for watching.
Dirt dobber to road clobber. See what I did there lol.
That’s a good one!
Puddin needs a muscle car now to compete with slick
Hey Puddin! A little trivia for you, number 1 cylinder is always determined by the head that is the farthest forward. Merry Christmas to you and the family! God bless!
Pretty sure this same video has already been posted
Love the content and all shenanigans from the whole cast of characters including Tommy Chong keep it up and merry Christmas
Appreciate ya watching!
Nothing but respect for Pud. Keep up the great work. This one don’t fly though. Just let us know if the second channel is now just repeats.
All the best happy holidays.
Out of 50 videos posted a year, one being a repeat, would you assume that all videos are just re runs?
LOL Some freaking people hey Puddin. Man I feel your pain having to deal with some folk!!! 👍💯😎
Not sure what that retort means. Nothing but love over here, apologies if I calling out a repeat upset things in your world.
@@grooveguyhappy holidays to you too.
@@dallasclark8420All good Merry Christmas to you and yours and a very Happy New Year to you as well!!! 👍😎♥️
Excellent video Puddin :) , Slick 50 :) , Bill :) and yes those Firebird car with 400 do super 👌 job 👏 run excellent! My late Cousin John SR took 400 V8 motor put with rebuilt Turbo 700SR 4speed Overdrive Automatic transmission with Shift Kit and 377 rear end gears in 1982 Chevrolet Monte Carlo LS and was Daul exhaust top off too! Yes fast car was too!
Loved both episode man either way I'll watch them.
I loved my little Pontiac 400 she ran so good with that little 750 Hollie it was in my prized GTO convertable from the year 1967. I was stationed on Homestead AFB. just South of Miami Florida. It was the sweetest duty of this country that they had to offer a young man and his young family. Cruising Miami Beach in my GTO was so cool and the young ladies sure loved watching us cruise up and down the Miami 1 sunset strip.
37:40 I remember the first car I noticed and remembered when I was little (like 3 maybe) was a blue '69 Pontiac Catalina coupe parked on the street by the first house we lived in in Erie PA. I had a little shape sorter puzzle with trucks and motorcycles and cars and one of them was a long low blue thing and I swear it was shaped like that '69 Pontiac. So when it came time to Houdini myself out of the yard gate that car was the first thing I gravitated towards. Neighbor wasn't happy about a saggy diapered toddler trying to reach in his quarter panel rust holes. But then the first car I ever bought was that same shade of blue, just shaped as a '75 Oldsmobile (with MUCH larger rust holes in the quarters).
I appreciate this being available, still want to watch the full video but I had just 40 minutes between the time I got on the computer to the time I gotta go get the stepson from work, so this was JUST the RIGHT SIZE to get some Puddin' watched today!
That's crazy how much work you guys got done with it being up in the air you guys work good together it's easy to see why you two are best of friends
Hey PUDDIN was SLICK also in the military? And if so what what Branch
Get yourself a Dust Deputy attachment for your vacuum cleaner. The cyclone filters out the dust and chunks, saving the vacuum cleaner filter from plugging up. Available at Lowe’s.
I'm with you on the Chevy Nova. My brother's best friend drove one in highschool. It was either a 68 or 69, I forget which, and he had huge tires on the back. Thing had a mean looking stance. As a little kid I got to ride in the back a few times, though I'm not sure I even remember why they took me along. Anyway, I've got a lot of good memories of getting to hang out in their backwoods shop while he worked on it... and then inevitably pulled the engine from that to put in the 69 Camaro shell he'd bought.
Love the video need more hot rods
Model a coming soon
Hey Puddin. My daughter wants to know when you will be able to ship up north to the land of igloos. I especially want some Puddin Fab Shop stickers for my welder and my ride, "the Spooky Car". I have been a fan almost from day one and love how you have grown as a host and channel.
I love a 79 2door Chevy Nova!! 250 inline 6 not really a muscle car, but, she’ll git on down the road pretty quick!!
Deja vu, I don't know I think I've seen this episode. That birds a certified ripper 🤘 Merry Christmas to all 🎄✌️🇺🇲
Yeppers 😛 Puddin bring on more hot rod stuff. Sure I'm not just talking for just my self 😉. Happy Holidays 🎄.
@PuddinsFabShop2 Don't worry about putting stuff up on here or your main channel. Merry Christmas to you and yours.
The newer models gott's a big bird on the hood, Keeps them little nibbly boogers in check. Just ask Hooty. Makes him hungry just talkin about it.
Ok I'm confused. We just watched this three weeks ago. It just seems like ever since he left the old shop and house the video's keep going down hill. Happy for him to get the new shop and home but kinda miss the old puddin. Not knocking the channel but maybe time for me to look elsewhere.
Hmmm, like deja vu all over again. But that's OK. Happy Hollidays to the Pot Co. crew and your loved ones.
37:32 my first car was a 1971 Nova black with flames. Everyone at school thought a guy drove it. I loved that thing so much.
I loved the original episode & this one was really good too!! I think that these cars, the first generation Camaro & Firebird were some of the best looking muscle cars ever produced!! I had a 69 Camaro SS back in the early 80's when I was in high-school. It looked like crap, but ran really good. I put all of my money into making it fast & was planning on making it look better when I blew the engine. I was 16 & stupid & sold it. That was one of the biggest mistakes in my life. There hasn't been a day go by that I don't regret selling it!! I'm hoping that I'll be able to build another one some day. I'm disabled so it's going to take more time building one because I can't afford to pay someone to build it for me. Thanks for all of the awesome content and all of your hard work bringing us along for the ride!! You really make us feel like part of the family!! I'm hoping that you & Slick do a complete restoration on this car & film all of it! I really like watching y'all work together on projects!! Plus I'd love to see what Slick can do with the paint & body. From what I've seen when you've been at his shop he does really awesome metal work. I worked for a C,J,Dodge dealership for almost 17 years in the parts department & for the majority of those years I ordered all of the parts for our bodyshop on the C,J&D vehicles. I'd go out & look at the wrecked vehicles when they came in & order everything it would need so that when the bodyman tore it down he could immediately start putting it back together.
This is going to be a cool build when it happens. The GMC is turning out awesome, curious as to where that is going to end up. The long bed S10 is a good one also. Can't beat an old school GM.
OK I did have to take a look to be certain that we already did this. Rerun of the best car on the Jacob show! Hell it's Christmas. Why not Eh"?
Why is it always reruns at Christmas?! It was either this or The Grinch, but I think i'll watch Mortske later! Thanks Puddin!
Thank you Puddin' and crew for allowing this Southern-born city boy a chance to live vicariously. This one made me "YEE-HAW" right out loud.
Yee HAWL!
Donuts in the paddock, feels like Australia 🇦🇺 mate...
Love the ol firebird puddin.congradulation. Thanks again. Have a happy holiday season!
Puddin go ahead and get your high school car "even though it's a common car" but you thought it was very important cool 😎, I promote you find one and, and build it to your style 😊
U need to do muscle cars
You like the odd cars and the cool
You should look at the 1965 Buick Riviera
Classic and beautiful still a muscle car
My mom bought a brand new seventy two nova when I went into the navy. She wasn't feeding me anymore so she could afford a new car. Lol....
😊🎉Hell Ya puddin let's see some classic Nova action or any classic GM muscle car for that matter ❤😊🎉
Woohoo... lived this car in the first video, and now.... condensed version, and still love it!
Merry Christmas!
IT WAS ON REPEAT....IT WAS CONDENSED TO GET Y'ALL TO
CONCENTRATE.......FOR ALL THE VITAMINES AND PUDDIN.....
Merry Christmas to the whole puddin family. Don't mind a rerun. Time for family!
Talking about building a model car, Don't forget the "Testors" cement. 🙂
Having too go up too release the locks. Litterally came too mind when you said you beat the power shut off haha.
I’m still amazed at the size of the rat nests in Pott County. I’m picturing rats the size of opossums around here.
trying to find a 4 dr 70s nova for my kid as well, their late father was a big chevy guy an he drove a nova to, so been trying to find one to help em make a memorial driver
Merry Christmas to Puddin' and family and everyone else out there enjoying a little 2nd channel action!
MERRY CHRISTMAS PUDDIN AND FAM AND CREW!!!! HAVE A GREAT HOLIDAYS AND WE WILL SEE YA IN THE NEW YEAR!!!💯😎👍😁♥️🇨🇦

My best friends sister’s boyfriend has a metallic green nova with mags. Iconic car.
As long as there's no aluminum specs on the spark plugs you should be doing fine, yay huraw.

Heck yes brother!! We like them BIG, we like them SMALL, we like them ALL!!
I meant to mention this in the main video,
I never let the lift back down on the locks for this very reason , if in the very unlikely chance it does leak down it will catch the locks at that time.
Slicky poo hes got a nice ride when he gets it going great to see good friends work together MERRY CHRISTMAS guys 🎁🎄🎁
Just on a side note, Slick needs his own channel as well. Unless he has one and I just haven't found it yet??
Because slick, is going to do donuts in the fill and he going to get in and is going to stop on him and get it back going and the video is going to stop there
Hello puddin n family MERRY CHRISTMAS
Puddin so old school his reruns have Easter eggs. Just pay attention
That 400 bored 30 over is a 406.3 CI, It should be a real good rear tire wearer outer.
