Last month, Cecilia also rigged the chibi models for her Christmas Celebrations collab stream for all 13 members who participated/planned to participate, with Gigi being the designer (mama)
@@nanospam_3171 oh ya true, I just rmb cc saying she feels bad asking gg to draw all 13 in 1 week, forgot she had rigging work as well lol. Tq for the correction.
she also rigged and animated her opening screen which is crazy good she said it took a very long time, also rigged her ending screen chibi and raoras ending screen chibi aaand also her chibi live2D model she used in her birthday stream adventure
Koyori definitely should reach out. We all know how much effort CC puts into everything. Plus being HoloEN's coveted extrovert, the convo will probably go just fine
I just realized Koyo still has the automated English subtitles that really caught on earlier last year. They're not accurate at all and there's even a couple clips like Lamy trying to get the auto-translated captions to spell her name right, but its still a very charming and thoughtful addition to the stream.
Most of the talents are just talking too fast for current auto translates to work. Maybe you'll get some context with it, but both Koyo and Lamy usually have actual translators in chat anyway. The one that is the best with it is Okayu because of her way of talking, but it still can make mistakes here and there, sadly she doesn't use it often. Love that they are trying to help people outside JP to understand them.
I love how this started as “I’m so impressed by this incredible thing Cecilia did that I want everyone to know about it and be amazed by her as well” and turned into “Isn't it embarrassing that she did this other thing? I love my adorable stupid kouhai so much and you should too.” As funny as the shift was, I'd say Koyo really gets the full picture of what EN viewers love about Cece, both of those sides are important.
Right from debut, CC have kept me interested and surprised with every new bits and things that she does and she has continued to do so ever since. And she's only been her for _six months!_ I can't wait for more.
This reminds me of that one time Coco talked about the (then recent) higher standards of getting into hololive, where she said she wouldnt have been able to get into hololive if she auditioned like 2 gens later because they actually requires you to be more than just a competent streamer, and in her own words, all she have are big boobs lmao Granted, pretty much everyone agrees Coco is selling herself short here as she is literally obe of the most influential vtuber in the industry even to this day, but her point remains in that most of the talents in hololive, especially the more recent ones are exceptionally talented people beyond just being streamers as they are required to be so to even get into hololive. On an unrelated note, its hilarious how this went from "CC did her own l2d rigging; shes so smart and talented!" to "CC put eggs in microwave and they explodes... yeah"
I imagine rigging an outfit isn't as hard as doing the whole model, with face and all. Still very impressive, if she didn't say anything I would never have guessed she did it herself.
I think Suisei might be the first technically, if we count her very first model that she made herself. But it's certainly the first in the modern Hololive era.
She only did her very first one when she was an indie. By the time she joined INNK, much less Hololive, she already had a papa & mama. "Technically" she can't have been the first in Hololive
i love. the models of hololive. really. but live2d has become so much advanced and smooth than what they use there. if you see stuff that riggers like kevin does. or doki and mint's new model. of course, they probably would be too expensive to make in volume for all the talents of hololive. but i do hope they try to bring more inovation in the future. also, i'm not saying their rigging is bad. because it's not. but they tend to stick to the basics. even the 3.0, while a great upgrade, is pretty standart.
4:59 overseas microwaves? What? A mircorwave is a microwave, they are all the same. calling it overseas microwave is a little weird. Edit: wtf is wrong, i just found it weird nothing else and suddenly a lot of people take issue with that? Thats also weird.
Judging by the cooking time labels on packaged foods, a typical microwave sold for home use in Japan will be around 600 watts. In the U.S., you're more likely to find something in the ballpark of 1000 to 1200. It's enough to make a noticeable difference in what you can cook on full power.
@@bfrobin446 that may be true but the only differnce in that is just the amount of time it takes to heat something up. an increase in watt is only increasing the speed of heating something up. Eggs explode because they have air inside them and a hard shell, the heated air expands until the shell cant hold out and explodes. The amount of watt wouldnt make a difference.
@@TheKilaby Even if 600 watts is usually enough to blow up an egg, there are other things that will blow up more often at 1000 watts than at 600. Therefore Koyori was right about treating overseas microwaves with more respect.

The Hololive Family Tree is getting (even more) confusing... CC is now her own papa...
Automaton self service
Let's just be glad the lore accepts this. That way we don't have to question the how.
How is that confusing? I mean, didn't Suisei draw her own 2D design before making it into Hololive?
@@HansenSebastian I was gonna mention, Suisei is also technically her own mama lol.
Only the papa of her New Year outfit. The basic of her character is still from her original papa.

I think at this point this is a well known quality of what makes a good Hololive member: the moe gap, so it’s nice that she’s highlighting CC’s

silly but talented CC, very true
Would be interesting to see possible future hololive talents debuting with their own vtuber designs/models as opposed to cover giving them a model.

Yeah, like not using a microwave xD

its probably a difference in wattage of microwaves.
