    Excellent video! Congratulations!
    I am ovo-lacto vegetarian and in tihs subject (circulation in general) the vegans are doing so much than us (mostly bc they do not eat much saturated fat) so it interests me a lot!
    i already take some of the supplements (low doses of various) and exercise daily, but never knew that curcumine and black pepper have that much synergy (i like them both, so will start combining in my meals). Does it also work with chilli peppers (or other peppers)?

    L-arginine is not good for people who are prone to shingles because it encourages replication of the virus. Another thing, I would appreciate your comments on obtaining omega fatty acids from the plant, purslane. Thank you for educating us. 🙏🏻
