Lok Sabha Election 2024: “BJP Wants to Weaken the Democracy…”, Says Priyanka Gandhi in Gujarat

Congress National General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra while addresses a public rally in Gujarat’s Valsad alleged BJP of weakening the democracy. She further alleged BJP of changing the Constitution of India.
She said, “The constitution gave you the rights of equality, vote, reservation and ‘Jal-Jangal-Zameen’, but BJP’s MPs and ministers are saying that they want to change the constitution. Modi ji denies this, but there is a pattern in their working, that they first let the idea out through small leaders and the top leadership use to deny that. Then after coming to power they do the same thing they denied. They want to change the constitution only to harm our rights. They have always worked to weakens our right.”

We are the so called “Untouchables”. Why? When Aryans were trying to implement "Varnashram concept" with the support of the then kings, a set of people refused to accept that concept. People who agreed to accept "Varnashram concept" were advised to live with in the villages. And who refused to accept the "Varnashram Concept" were advised to leave the villages and advised to stay outside the villages. Over a period of time, those who were living outside the villages were advised not to take water from village ponds. Also advised not to use village roads. Over a period of time, villages were advised not to mingle with people who refused to accept "Varnashram Concept". And then those refused to accept the "Varnashram Concept" were announced as "Untouchables". Dr.Ambedkar wanted "Varnashram Concept" to be banned legally. Varnashram Concept divides the society into four pieces 1)Brahman 2) Shatriya 3) Vaishya 4)Shutra and creates inequality among the people. We must reject whichever political party trying to implement "Varnashram Concept". The so called "Untouchables" now, were enjoying high status in the society prior to the arrival of Aryans into India. Whoever challenging our self-respect must be thrown-out from power.
