@Think About It The gvmt has tried to pass a bill requiring vaccine passes, telling employers to ignore religious & medical mandates, to fire those who will not comply, & generally changing the 'science' & definition of vaxxxxxx1ne to suit their needs. This is bullying. We preach against it in schools...but as adults we are just supposed to roll over & accept it? People in non-medical facilities have been fired for not taking it. Medical exemptions ignored. This is NOT ok.

My 90 year old mother and me were in this first trek. We cut off in Flagstaff and went to see Sedona. THIS WAS AN EXPERIENCE OF A LIFETIME. It was not about getting to D.C. for me, it was about getting out anyway I could out of pure outrage. What happened instead, is that MY HEART WAS BLASTED WIDE OPEN with so much Joy. This is how we fight. We gather together. We sing, laugh, dance. And remember, Our most powerful weapon is LOVE. The people in the convoy and along the road proved to me that what is happening is an IGNITION of the AMERICAN SPIRIT! Spread the word of your experiences with everyone you come across. Plant seeds of Love! AND, KEEP ON TRUCKING!!!!!!!

@Think About It Yes. I had forgotten that. These past two years have been so rough, sometimes extraordinarily cruel to so many in our country. I thought I didn't buy into the fear being pumped out, but, how could it miss any of us? That was the point of 24/7 fear. You are right stranger. I should have just hit the road a long time ago. It reminded me of the feel of FREEDOM. I will never forget how close I came to losing it.

@@jtjones4081 Thank you for saying that. BC still is enforcing strong mandates. Restaurants are now finally back to full capacity after 2 yrs. Masks and vax passes are still enforced. Kids in school all day with masks. It's unbelievable. I am thankful that the Freedom Convoy succeeded in getting mandates dropped in some provinces. I will be attending a protest in BC Saturday. Go ahead, run your convoy to DC, but you guys need to all park your rigs in truck stops and at home. Shut down the federal government and any democratic state government. Get organized with the Canadiens and shut down government while serving the hospitals, drug stores and retirement centers. We citizens have been shut down for 2 years, we can survive. I just caution you on taking it to DC, you guys have to do this much more shrewdly and spread it out, you're really going to have to organize carefully and do this much more quietly, don't get in their (dems) face, play their game and stab them in the back! Shut down the liberal cities, baltimore, new york, chicago, san francisco, los angelos, portland, seattle, minneapolis etc. If you did that and throw those cities into utter chaos this shit would crumble! Mighty convoy is beautiful indeed! I love seeing this. My daddy was a Marine in the Vietnam war. He earned a purple heart for nearly dying to protect our freedoms. The experience created shadows in his heart from which he could never truly hide nor reconcile. But he was proud to have served, to have been a Marine!! I said the same thing. I live in Adelanto where The People's Convoy started. I got lucky, never thought they'd come here 5 mins from my house. I figured to be a part of it I'd have to go way out of my way. And then I started the convoy with them. But I couldn't afford to go to D.C. otherwise I would have in a heartbeat

I am totally behind the Candian Trucker movement because I understood specifically what they were asking for. Given OSHA mandates do not exist anymore what is the specific ask of the Federal Goverment that they have actionable power on? Or once you get to the steps of DC, if the President wakes up from his nap and comes out and asks 'ok, what would you like me to do?' what would the answer to that question be?

@@MarksTruckingLife There are currently no Federal mask or vaccination madates in effect in the US for individuals or corporations. Also, there are no statewide mask or vaccination mandates in the US with the exception of Hawaii which still has a mask mandate. (I don't believe any truckers have ever driven to Hawaii). If they are protesting the madate imposed by the Canadian government on US truckers entering Canada, why aren't they going to the Canadian border to protest? What US 'restrictions' are they referring to? What are the convoy organizers hoping to achieve? This will fail miserably.

Our "leader" is sitting in custody with a charge of "attempt to incite mischief". She was denied bail and yet the counter protestor who drove his car straight through protestors and killing some is out on bail. Seriously, if you don't agree with the truckers... why are you even watching??? I am Canadian and your thoughts on them is far from accurate. Move out of Canada if you don't like it.
