London marathon 2024 training. Week 1. Building back the base from injury

- Welcome back to a brand new training block as i take on the 2024 London marathon after winning my running clubs ballot place.
I'm Dannii and welcome to my channel which will include alot of my running adventures from parkrun to marathons.
I have a double spine curvature (Lumbar scoliosis and a complete reversed curve in my neck), its not always easy but it'll never stop me achieving my dreams.
I'm currently chasing my dream of becoming a six star finisher.

Well done Dannii, coincidentally I also got my club place for London and started my first week of marathon training this week after being out for a month with a knee injury. Wishing you all the best in your training and I will be following your journey. Have a good Christmas.

Thank you 😁 I use the DJI pocket 2, shoots in 4k and I find it small enough to carry round and you can attach extra handles to them to make them longer/attach stands to them. The only downfall is, it isn't waterproof! It can handle a bit of rain but anything heavy I can't film so I am looking at a second camera for these sort of runs, DJI do an action camera that is waterproof but I just need to look into it abit more whether I go with that or a go pro 😁
