I've been having issues with tight psoas, severe posterior pelvic tilt and herniated disc for ages and I've always felt that those bad stretches you mentioned did more harm than good. With those better stretches you mentioned its like a day and night difference. Thank you so much.

@@OlivierGirard I am a collegiate track and field hurdler at Minnesota State. This injury occurs from my trail leg (improper technique, overuse). I have looked all over for exercises and this one has fixed my inflammation in a matter of 3 days. I had a cortisol injection last year in my pubic synthesis, however hoping to not get that again. This exercise is currently doing wonders. I can feel difference when I walk right after performing for 2x60sec holds. There are so many exercises on the internet that are counter productive and make the inflammation worse. This one is great and relaxes the antagonistic muscles that need to relax versus contract. Thanks so much for this video! More people need to SEE and DO!

Hey I found your RUclips channel today and ended up watching almost all your English videos seeking relief haha. I am 25 and currently having some neck pains that started few weeks and chronic shoulder tendonitis. May you offer some advice primarily for the shoulder? Love your videos!

Thanks a lot for being so enthusiastic! Reg. shoulder, there are a few factors that you should beware (see here too: ruclips.net/video/NgYEsJL3DWo/видео.html)
      - elbow more than 20° to the side (careful with your mouse!)
      - resting your weight on your elbow or forearm (usually because your pelvis isn't well supported in your chair, or because you sit for too long in a row)
      - carrying bags down your arm (e.g., when shopping).
An older video of mine also describes an exercise that you should do to preserve the shoulder joint mobility: ruclips.net/video/-HfwlUkX6bk/видео.html
      Makes sense?

@@OlivierGirard Thanks for the reply! Yeah it makes sence. I watched the video you linked regarding the factors that may cause my shoulder pain.
I have a desk that's slightly too high so I have to rely on my arm rests to give me support since I can't rest my arms to my side at a 90 angle . this caused my arms to be pushed up and over 20 angle.
I noticed that it's very difficult to use have the mouse and keyboard with arms being at a 90 degree angle while gaming. I have to have my hands on mouse and keyboard at the whole duration compared to office work.
Do you have any feedback on how to manage keyboard and mouse ergonomics while gaming? I see many people on internet suggest different things: arms at 90 floating above keyboard mouse and others suggest having forearm on the desk etr.
      Thanks!

To get up when you lie down on the ground, check out this video: ruclips.net/video/SS96TYrlK8U/видео.html. On walking, there's another one: ruclips.net/video/LjTGVC9b-ak/видео.html. Does this help?
