This is honestly an amazing gift to give a kid to teach them how cars work on a mechanical level. EV or ICE, the dynamics of a car are still the same: four wheels and four tires with a body on top connected by suspension.

И вот мы возвращаемся к твоему аргументу - процы в той же серийности что и данные модели, у которых потребительская база на несколько порядков меньше, будут стоить не на порядок больше, а на сотни порядков выше. Только вот процессоры нужны людям из-за необходимости. А здесь наценка чисто из-за жадности.

Nice 👌. All with the help of 3d scanning , cad and CNC tooling . Spare a thought for those early 1970’s Airfix kits where engineers measured and drew everything by hand . Then tooling was made with either spark erosion and a trusty old Bridgeport manual Milling machine. Artwork for the boxes was also drawn by hand too . ❤

I have neither the time, money, manual dexterity, or patience to build a model like that, and if I did, I would want something other than an R34. Not that I don't like them, but there are other cars I like much more, and I would rather invest the time and money into something I REALLy liked. That being said, this is a fantastic model, and a thoroughly enjoyable video.

1000$ is more than enough. RC racing cars, like XRAY have a million more parts in detail, made from carbon/aluminium with 100% adjustability like a real car. For example, suspension height, stighness, angle.. steer angle, tow in tow out etc etc etc.
I could be wrong but the video said the front wheels weren't powered by the motor but I could clearly see the AWD transfer case and front CVs, and then later said "The differential is a key component in any rear-wheel-drive vehicle"
Wow, love it. But 1 question: What happens if you hit a hard bump or gutter, you pretty much have to take it all apart then replace all the minor micro pieces? Or this car can with stand quite a bit of hits??

Static only matters for electronics and bare components. It's a magnet, so the screwdriver holds onto the screw as he lines up where it goes. They're super common and useful
How fast does it go after assembly, it looks amazing but "high speed drift" usually means plastic tires so any amount of forward movement is "drifting" if it can drift with rubber tires you can call it a drifter imo, but that is still super sick
I paid a grand for a Kyosho Mini Cooper that ran on methane over 10 years ago. Lawnmower pull start, exhaust with smoke etc etc. Loud as, and fast as hell LOL.
PRO TIP ... check out FG 1:5 Bigscale 2stroke (Chainsaw sized engines) Officially they have NEW MINI COOPERS (which I don't like) but I bought a third-party Classic Mini Body.... it still not painted and fit on my chassis yet (currently rocking a Porsche GT2 body)

I had a Kyosho mini cooper that ran on methane, lawnmower pull start, with primer etc etc. 30 - 40 km's speed on footpath, was insane.

動きだけでも日本の小刻みにピョンピョン跳ねてプルプル震えるようなオモチャっぽさ全開のラジコンとは別次元の完成度だよね。
車体の重さとスプリングの柔らかさ、サスペンションの動きの滑らかさのバランスが実車に近いのかもしれないね。

For 2500$ I would get an MCD rc car with even actual hydraulic working brake drums, that is the realistic thing
MCD is gas, this is electric, no need for working brake "calipers"
