I tried to change the pulley on my C180k to a smaller one, but , there was no way to remove it by any kind of method... and i tried many times...Finally i remaped the ECU and i get 12CV extra and after i have changed the signal from the air sensor to lower (V) and i have get another extra of 15CV and 40 Nm. I wish that i could remove also the pulley. Saludos
I took the whole supercharger to the guy that made my pulley. Not sure how he got it off🤣 It sounds like you have a ecu guy that knows his stuff and respect to those signal tricks😁😁😁I would also love if you could add the smaller pulley for even more gains!!😁💪🏼

I dont think u needed smaller sc pulley, i mean for 130 kw would be enough stock pulley size, because via ecu you can fully close bypass valve at higher rpm and gain arround 3 PSI, which equals in about 20% increase in power. M271 engines have protection, thay controls maximum boost levels arround 5k rpm and higher.... Your fuel system was maxed out or combustion temps very high i think, so they pushed only +25 kw? They didnt said for you anything about that?
Oh wow👌I’ve also thought about that😁would love to see?? I’m still on stock injectors and just had the ecu mapped because of the more boost. If I’m not mistaken you’ll have to change the ecu🙈 Because the supercharger has boost from the start And with a turbo boost will come in at a certain rev and then the ecu will have to add fuel at that point. I'd like to see that conversion! Best to go a full aftermarket ecu for the car if you want to unlock all it can do. I'm looking for programs to decode the stock ecu but pretty much nothing out there (I'm still looking). found online tuner companies that can do maps for you so long as you can extract the base map and send the file, then you got to flash your ecu....bit risky. BTW what motor do you have in your Merc, Shivam Chand ?

There was a company on eBay called IBF that sold a 65MM pully. I was lucky enough to import one to SA before they disappeared of eBay.There is another german company that still sells them I will try and find the link to them

With my experience Now I would just do a smaller pulley (Just get any engineer with a lathe and some imagination 😁👌) I didn’t even need a new belt.Then get someone that can adjust the software. The reason I replaced the intercooler was more just for the look. The C230 should see some decent gains😁💪goodluck!
Okay I’ll definitely get to that. I’m right now trying to get this engine light off. I think it’s the spark plugs and the coils I gotta change those cus when I bought it I didn’t and now it’s not giving me enough power. When I even slightly tap the pedal it has alot of resistance

Buy a Galletto cable online, you can pull the file off the ecu with that. And then to modify the file is a longer story.
