He knows exactly where to challenge Death and kill her, and knows he can just sit and have Elsa put themselves into 1 to 2 stock range because they always spend on EX cancels since they don't have any real structure behind using Death to open their opponent up and just BC/623H when they're put in a tough spot, which Ronnichu did well to bait most of the time. Though, I think Ronnichu lost here because they played too defensively when they shouldn't (Nier can output good chip so you don't want to block all the time) and started panic charging in the last 2 sets when they should've been mindful of 214L and that running normals can't be spotdodge canceled against 623H. Definitley a lot of good takeaways from that match though for the matchup.
I think it's up on the Dustloop wiki article for GBVSR so correct me if I'm wrong, but the combo limit is based on a points system that each action adds up to. Once you hit a certain number of points (13 or 16? Somewhere in between) the combo limit activates and you fall out. Lancelot 'avoids' this because his rekkas I think all count as 1 point, so he can go for very long combos.
Multi-hit moves count as one move and is why people don't fall out in the middle of one. Because of that, you could sneak an extra attack in if you cancel the multi-hit into another. You can see it best with bubs' auto combo. Let's say you hit the combo limit with his c.H. It's a 3 hit move and the second auto combo is a 2 hit. You can "ignore" the combo limit by doing 2 hits of c.H > 1 hit of autocombo2 > into whatever finisher you want.
I don't understand what's so hard about Pyramid, as Diaphone explained, you block Hugh and react to low, just take the chip damage if you can, it's not a guess, is very reactable with practice, Diaphone does it all the times, and yes he's a very good player, but I learned to react to it and I fucking suck
