cool video, the fact you guys had bulls bugling during rifle season on public property, you guys hit the jackpot, should have taken that 6 point though, chances like that dont come around too often especially in colorado public lands
It was an amazing up close experience! We were into so many bulls that morning that we thought we would have a chance at a bigger bull, that’s why my cousin passed on that 6 point. The hunting pressure got to us the very next day, all the bulls got quiet and were nowhere to be found. Appreciate you for watching!

@@monglor83 you could say I am a pro, I’ve been an elk guide in Colorado for many years. We do use cow calls late evenings in trees we hoping elk are bedded in. It’s worked like 5/30 times
